It was convenient for me to stop here. I was a little disappointed in the flavor though. The naan seemed bland like a little salt in the dough was needed. Also the chicken tikka was a little oily.

The Authentic India is a great food truck / cart location with delicious shrimp and chicken items on their menu. Haven't been there for quite a while, but I hope they can come out to the San Francisco or Peninsula area and participate in a Foodie Village!! I will suggest it to the Village at www.foodievillage.co hopefully happen sooner than later!

Pretty decent but very very oily. Fat = flavor but thru beef to tone it down a bit. I'd eat from here again but only after eating a big salad so everything digests better with the oil

Wow,Wow,Wow!!! The food and the service is impeccable! I'm pescatarian and they have something for everyone. I've had their curry shrimp, garlic naan, and vegan curry chicken. Going to try the vegan butter chicken for lunch today! I had never tried plant based chicken prior to this and it did not disappoint. The family that runs this place are so nice and engaging. The pregnant woman is always smiling and super sweet. I work a block away so will frequent this place at least 3x a week. Prices are comparable to portions but the flavors are worth much more!! A MUST try.. I highly recommend and they take Venmo

The BEST indian food truck I have ever tried and so refreshing to support Indian folkx serving that homeade Indian goodness. We tried the samosas and the vegan chicken with garlic naan after a full AM at snow park with the littles and the food was truly delicious! As someone of Indian origin who is used to eating homeade Indian cooking here and back home, this truck does not disappoint and neither does the customer service!

I'm so happy for this new lunchtime option in the area! We needed some Indian food! I've been here twice; once by myself and I had the butter chicken (delicious!), and the second time with my son and daughter-in-law and I had the chicken tikka masala (also delicious!). My son is vegetarian and his wife a vegan and we all found something to eat that we liked. Very flavorful, decent portions, reasonably priced, and fresh. The mango lassis are really good, too! Best of all, the people who run it are lovely and friendly and it really matters to them that you enjoy your food. They care about what they do and it shows! This is a food cart but it is next to Snow Park where they've recently remodeled and added lots of seating. You can sit next to the cool mythological whale sculpture and people watch since it's right next to the Lake...where you can walk off your meal after enjoying it if you are so inclined! Welcome to the neighborhood, Authentic India! I'm happy you're here!

The best Indian food I ever had..Everything is fresh and delicious..All the curries are amazing especially the Chicken Tikka masala one of my favorite. The Basmati Rice is so fragrant and full of flavor with those soy nuggets and green peas that I keep craving for it..Masala Tea is the cherry on the cake..there was a need of Indian food at this location as it is close to my work and I don't have to look further for it.
