Don't take online orders if you cannot get them ready by the time you say you will. Mine wasn't ready until 15 minutes after the promised fire time.

The food is generally really great but factor in an extra 15 min for however long you think this will take. Never ready when it's supposed to be. Don't understand the point of ordering online only to stand around and wait when you get there. If they don't have enough staff to produce things on time they shouldn't let people order ahead. Super annoying especially in the middle of the workday when people don't have time to waste.

I stropped in this morning (10:20 AM) to get a quick breakfast while taking an urban hike. I had seen Baygreens a number of times, as my bank is around the corner. This was my first visit, and likely my last.My first impression was that the person who greeted me at the register, where one orders, would rather have not seen me. There was only one other customer, but she seemed annoyed that I had bothered her by asking to place an order.I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. "Only cold Viet Namese coffee," i was told. No hot coffee. Seems odd for a place open for breakfast.The coffee was delivered to my table after a brief wait, and was pretty good, though obviously pre-made. Why the wait though, when a more alert server could have handed it to me at the register, and helped me feel a bit more welcome?The sandwich took about ten minutes, and was delivered in a small, sealed take-out box, despite my sitting at a table, reading the news on my phone and sipping my coffee. My impression was "What's your hurry? Here's your hat." Unwelcoming at best.At worst was that the sandwich was hugely over-salted, bordering on inedible. I was very hungry, so I downed it. But that was the last straw. As Melanie M. said, "super slow and kinda rude." I would add that the food wasn't even very good. Three strikes. Baygreens is out.

Excellent food! I'd ordered before with Uber Eats, and this time we went to pick up lunch.I ordered the chicken pesto panini, and it was excellent. The accompanying salad was great, and came with Swiss chards and other wonderful leafy greens with a nice, pre-seasoned with just the right amount of dressing. I give it 4 stars because we were in a rush and our order took way too long.

Overall great food! The Mediterranean sandwich was great. Wouldn't mind better vegan options or suggestions for vegans. But it was great!Vegetarian options: Okay vegan options, probably much better vegetarian options
I was working in a nearby building and had this spot recommended to me so I thought why not? The seating is a little limited for being in a fairly busy area of Downtown Oakland, but it's definitely worth braving that for the quality of salad here. I had the Phuket Shrimp salad, which I have no complaints about at all. The ingredients were deliciously fresh, crisp, cool shrimp with a hint of spice to keep it interesting.Though I did not try the juice, it looked incredible and seemed very healthy for a clean eater who does not like processed foods. Will definitely return to try another dish.

Sooooo good! Today I stopped by to get their chopped salad. I substituted the chicken with avocado. Everything was fresh and delicious. Their pannis are good too!

Overpriced. Pressed juice (“Fountain of Youth”) was 50%+ added water. Didn’t feel particularly juicy; mostly like flavored H2O. Also, my custom added chia seeds ($1.25) had small stones. I threw it away.
