Super bland to be completely honest and taste wise is okay at best but quantity is definitely there you get more than what you pay for and it's. A unique and healthy alternative !

The food here is fantastic. Everything is always so fresh, comforting, and I can eat it without regretting eating out. The portion is really generous for the price, which feels very reasonable. I usually get the chicken or pork shoulder mixed bowl because I like the mix of greens and grains in the bowl. Honestly this is my go to place when I'm craving something comforting but healthy (or at least on the healthier side). The green smoothie is also super refreshing!

Ordered just before closing through DoorDash and the service was great. It was nice to eat something light and relatively clean around midnight. I was given the wrong meat in my order but the food was still delicious. Would definitely eat here again!

We love this place. When you're sitting on the couch and you're too tired to make a salad with ingredients in your fridge sitting 30 feet away, you can order Ben's. So nice to have something delivered that's fresh and delicious. All the dressings are delicious. We love the mixed bowls. We've had chicken, pork, and potato + chick pea, they're all great.
