Excellent customer service makes you feel right at home this excellent establishment with amazing people and a beautiful scenery of the plaza of Rockridge has a surreal field and all the beautifully seasoned burritos with the crisp french fries is A perfect late night meal or brunch spot

I love eating burritos. I decided to buy one on Friday. It was the best that enjoyed eating.I watched them cook all their food in the morning. Their place is clean and organized.They are very friendly and will answer any questions. I have never had a burrito that was so full of meat. It's the best place ever. Three friends and I are going there on Saturday.

Takeout is cold and has unexpected sauces. Burritos poorly wrapped. Service is brusque and unfriendly. Ambiance is lacking; smells like cleaning chemicals.

They're really pushing it to the limit with prices here. $15. for a burrito which while good, was no better than something like Chipotle. Chipotle prices are also rising though too I guess.

This place is totally not bad. I've been there a few times when I visit this shopping center. The burritos are okay. The agua frescas don't have a lot of flavor, the chips are fine. I definitely would not go out of my way to eat there but if you're hungry you can eat a burrito from there and you'll stop being hungry.

5108 Broadway Oakland, CA 94611 This is Best Coast Burritos at "The Ridge" shopping center in Oakland's Rockridge area. This is was my first time trying this place. It's a assembly line style restaurant, you tell them what you want and they put together your order. I ordered: - Baja Fish tacos (3), Grade 3/5 - Chicken Burrito, Grade 4/5 with: Flour Tortilla, Pollo Asado, No Rice, Add Cilantro, Add Jalapenos, Add Onion, Add Shredded Cheese, Add Sour Cream, Add Tomato, Wow, everything I asked for was stuffed in that burrito. I thought it would come with refried beans, but I guess you have to ask for it. It would of helped hold everything together. As I tried to eat it, chunks of chicken kept falling out. The burrito was more like a wrap sandwich, than a burrito. But to be fair, I did cut it in half to get that food photo! The camera always eats first! But it was a good chicken burrito. The chicken was moist and flavorful. The Baja Fish Tacos were okay for the price. They were dressed up really nice, but I didn't get alot of fish pieces. The flavor was lost. Service was quick and prompt. They kept the line moving without being rude or pushy. Good service, Grade 4/5. Free parking in shopping center.

Exactly what you want from a walk up burrito chain. They fry the fries fresh for every cali burrito too which is nice.
First time I had them months ago I thought they were great, but they have consistently messed up my order every time.It isn't that hard to Not Put something on a burrito. Every time I ask for no pico de Gallo and every time they find the need to add it on there. Real shame, could be a good burrito spot but if they never listen to the order why pay for the overpriced food? There's no shortage of burritos places id recommend you go somewhere else.

I usually love this place!! But today I got a Carnitas Bowl there was a full on HUGE fly dead in the food. It was really gross. I took the food to go and immediately threw away and couldn't eat for awhile after. I understand these things happen! But I emailed you guys pictures and everything and I haven't received any response. I would really like a refund and would be open to being a patron again if the issues is properly addressed.

Food here has completely gone down the drain. I ordered a burrito and only a burrito that cost me almost $20.The burrito was cold. The cheese was still unmelted. I only ate half. I was afraid I’d get sick. The shrimp in it were cold too. It was tasteless. It was GROSS.DO NOT COME HERE.
