I was a 1st time customer from out of town. I ordered the #1 which consists of famous Star Burger, fries and a soda.My burger was horrible, it tasted weird that's the only way I can describe it. I took the top bun off and couldn't believe my eyes but it explained the weird taste. The patty was a odd grey color, both sides. So I took it up to the counter and showed it to the girl that took my order. She got the manager, who was hecka rude from the gate.Never smiled, never apologized, never acknowledged anything was wrong with it other than asking what it is I wanted her to do or give me?I told her I'd take a strawberry shake, she made it and gave it to me still without a apology or smile.Thank goodness I don't live in Oakland, I will never patronize this Carls Jr. again.
