Horrible service waiting for an employee to give me an attitude I work to hard to be disrespected while trying to spend my money! I WILL NEVER BE BACK SO NOT WORTH IT!

Rude Manager. White woman with blonde hair. Didn't get her name. She ignored me when I asked for an item then lied about it after I heard her telling the check out girl what to say to me. I asked for 2 items on the side the manager said they were low "we only have 5" she told the girl at checkout, so I could only have one. I had two orders it was one per bowl. I asked the lady behind me if she wouldn't mind getting the item with her meal (it's free). She said no problem and asked for it when she checked out.The girl at check out went to the manager after she heard me ask the woman in the line and the manager told her something. When she checked out and asked for the item the girl told her "sorry we're out" The manager told the girl at check out to lie. The woman said "I want it for my meal" and they kept telling her "we're out" all of a sudden those 5 are missing?The Manager was working on 11/5 around 6:15pm when I went in. I'll go back and get her name and update this post.

I feel like over all the food is consistently good and tastes fresh here. The customer service is kind and polite. Since it is in East Oakland it's not the safest part of the city to be in but otherwise it's a good spot for a quick lunch.

Chipotle is great, the food is amazing, it's one of my favorite places to go to! Super simple ingredients, even the staff is amazing I love chipotle mexican grill. The ambiance is standard as ever, it's great! I would recommend chipotle to anyone!

Ordered the three tacos, al pastor and added cheese and guacamole. Didn't get cheese and there was a stingy amount of guacamole on each taco. Would have rather had it on the side, but would have been OK with guacamole on each taco if it wouldn't have been so stingy. I paid extra for that. Based on the other very poor ratings, I will skip this particular location in the future.
