Night crew cashier is rude. I bought custard donuts from here & they were stale. Cashier immediately was offended and tried arguing that donuts weren't stale. He didn't want to hear what was being told to him. Never coming back

A great spot to grab a half/full dozen for brunch. I enjoyed everything we ordered but the stand out for me was the Apple fritter. Others like the cruller and the cake donuts were solid as well.

Always friendly. Too bad they had to lock the doors and serve out of the little window after they got robbed again. They work so hard and deserve better.

Really appreciated that they're open so early in the morning. It allowed me to pick up some treats for my team at work before an early start!!

I am surrounded by donut places in walking distance but drive to this one because they're so much better. My favorite are raised chocolate donuts.

Colonial Donuts makes great donuts. I've had many opportunities to try out their donuts and each time I've been very satisfied with the wide availability of donut flavors. I'm a simply guy, so I really enjoy their basic glazed donut. This must be one of their most popular items because each time I've had it, its been incredibly fresh, which I attribute to them having to re-stock this particular item multiple times throughout the day. If you're like me and can't wait to get home to enjoy your donut, there's plenty of standing counters available where you can dine. Coffee is available here as well if you need something to pair with your tasty donut. Support your local donut shop and give Colonial Donuts a try. The staff here are super nice, and can help you out with a recommendation if you don't know what to get.

got a good tasty donut with coffee at $5.15, paid with credit card as their minimum is $5 and no cash bill bigger than $20. sketchy looking lotto machines as they’re all tagged up but they’re right in front of the workers?? I wonder if the workers are in on it ?

Popped in while I was waiting for a friend for dinner. Grabbed a couple donuts for dessert. A ton of options, The donuts were fine. Nothing exciting, nothing special. But there open late if you're looking for donuts passed 2pm when most close. Lakeshore is pretty busy, so you have street noises, but nothing too crazy, it's still fairly quiet inside.

I support these guys because there's small business I support these guys it's a mom and Pop shop. Their food is good there and they deserve the respect, especially after the recent turn of events, which is not fair to anybody all the way around.

They have the softest, freshest donuts that I can shove down my throat. They are kind and straight forward business.
