Den Sake is a small but extremely carefully designed and crafted brewery. Yoshi and Lani poured their lives' work into the brewery to brew worthy uniquely American, local (their rice is sourced from Sacramento) yet worthy respectable Japanese sake. Den sake can be found throughout the best Japanese and high end sushi restaurants in the bay area, at Umami market and also True Sake.
