Decided not to order from this location anymore despite it being down the street because there’s always quality issues. Last few times my pizzas have been half baked, missing a topping, missing cheese. This time I finally took a photo. Like where is the cheese?The employees are nice. Especially the tall kid who rings you up and checks you out, but the food itself leaves you frustrated.

The customer service was good. I was satisfied with my delivery driver. I wasn't satisfied with the quality of some of my food. The chicken wings weren't raw, but they weren't cooked as well as they could have been. The tatertots were warm but not cooked through. My cheese bread was the only thing that I was satisfied with. That's one of three items, which doesn't seem like a good average.

I love these women, they don't know me but everytime they deliver I am met by extremely kind (and timely) drivers. Have never had a bad pizza or other issue and one time I accidentally missed them and they came back to deliver. I truly appreciate this dominos :)

This is one of the most reliable places in Oakland for this level of restaurant. They have great staff who do their jobs well. My orders are always made correctly and quickly. I know that seems basic but in this area it's really not always common, so I really appreciate having a solid go to spot for some fast food.

Pizza tonight was to from a credit from prior order, that wasn't good. I'm giving 3 stars for good customer service and pizza toppings. For me the crust makes the pizza, and all though this time it was slightly better, it was still tough.

This is a chain. We all know what we're getting here. I ordered because of the 50% coupon online and It kept not working. The site instructed me to phone the store. I did this repeatedly and followed the prompts. It hung up on me a half dozen times. Why didn't I just give up? I'd purchased a gift card and was determined to use it. This time I selected the prompt to place an order, which goes to a call center. The person, whose name I couldn't identify, told me about calling the store and how they'd transfer me. That failed twice. Eventually the site worked. Sergio made my pizza perfectly and I believe delivered it. Sergio, you rule! Thank you! I couldn't tip on the site so I had to tip cash.

This place is gross. Ordered the same pizza I get at other domino’s and this one was undercooked and missing toppings, greasy and flavorless and disgusting. Literally at home making scrambled eggs rn instead of eating this horrible pizza.

after many terrible order, I finally found one good one - which is thin crust and its super delicious, while the rest are TERRIBLE - they come out dry, weird and also their wings are terrible - but their main redeeming quality is the thin crust pizza :) and its super bomb.
