Got it, let's revise it:I've always walked past this place in the mornings and that fresh bread smell is just irresistible! Finally decided to give their sandwiches a try - the drippy Italian was a standout, especially the sauce. For breakfast, I opted for their bacon, egg white avocado croissant, and it was incredibly filling. This spot is definitely solid for sandwiches and pastries! They have seasonal flavors and their seasonal drinks are absolutely delicious too.

I like their olive bread baguette. It is a nice substitute to La Farine when I am in the neighborhood. They have limited vegan options, but it's cool. Most of the non vegan options look hella good though.

The Wagyu Roast Beef Sandwich was really good and I would go again! The sandwich toolk awhile, so definitely wouldn't recommend the sandwich for someone in a rush. Also, taking a star off for calling this Wagyu. The term is overused to include so many lower quality meats that it devalues the term and makes it hard to find actual Wagyu beef.

We had an amazing experience at this establishment. The general manager went out of her way to ensure we were happy with our food and drinks. Fast and efficient service!

I understand you've probably ran into not-so-great people coming in to your business with bad intentions, however please be mindful of how you're impacting the experience of innocent patrons when you profile them and treat them with suspicion. Grilling me multiple times insinuating that I already received the item I was waiting for, then not apologizing when you see that you're wrong (and it was a very obvious mistake on his part), is an odd way to treat people. This made me very uncomfortable and embarrassed - I really wish I could have had this grand experience that I read in the reviews but instead people should know that you may very well get treated like a criminal by an employee.

Redeemed w their excellent service and food. The ube latte will be my new go to until the salted caramel latte comes back on the menu. The weekend only French toast is bomb. Enjoyed the tuna melt and the avocado toast also.

I am so confused by these rave reviews. I am a huge lover of sourdough, and maybe it's bc I bought their retail loaf from a store? But their sourdough bread is the WORST sourdough bread I've ever had. I really didn't want to be a hater since they're local, but it honestly tastes like stale cheap wheat bread. Awful enough for me to come on Yelp and write this sadly.

Biscuit sandwich is mids. It came with a "side salad" that was a half a handful of spring greens, very underwhelming. I see what they're trying to do but fail in the execution at a costly price. However, SOME of baked goods are pretty good. Don't get any cream puffs, the choux dough is rubbery, tasted really OLD. The sticky bun was great though.Don't get food here, come for the baked goods.

I don’t often leave reviews, but the croissant is so outstanding I can’t help myself. A good bakery should do the basics well, and their croissant is light and fluffy on the inside, and flaky and crisp on the outside. Bravo, Firebrand!

Easy to feel comfortable. Like that they have good seating options inside and upstairs as well. Just a few tables outside the storefront. Ordered Hibiscus iced tea which was well balanced. Many pastry options and chose two oatmeal cranberry cookies. Fresh and yummy. There are is a nice menu of drinks and food. Really like this place and will return as I am in the area from time to time.

Traveling for work and was super happy to stumble upon this spot. Their coffee was solid and I had a super tasty savory veggie pastry that was so good I regretted not ordering two. Will plan to hit this place again the next time I’m in town.

Firebrand Bakery is AMAZING!!!!! Firebrand Artisan Breads fabulous bread and the most INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS pastries! They make a cream cheese danish with blackberries that is the BEST Cream cheese danish I have ever had, and I've tried many bakeries around the world. I am very particular about pastries. This danish blows the cream cheese danish from Specialty's out of the water! I highly recommend Firebrand Artisan Breads and Bakery!!!!!
