The women behind the counter aren't very pleasant. My daughter and I went there on a Saturday morning, there were 3 women in there when we walked in. Nobody greeted us when we walked in, we stood there for a few minutes finally one the women walk up and just said do you know what you want. Customer service is really important and I do t get that from this place.

Firs time visit to this location, it was a recommendation on Google maps. The drinks were great, I liked the food too. The service was upbeat. I got a bagel and a cappuccino. The price was reasonable, not too expensive. When I showed up, it wasn't hard to park either. So that's always a plus. I'm sure I'll be returning in the future.

I go here all the time. Good service and the iced coffee is the best. They also have a variety of pastries and breakfast items that are pretty good. They're fast too

I really wanted to LOVE this place but unfortunately my egg and cheese croissant lacked any flavor as did my husband’s breakfast burrito. The iced caramel mocha was enjoyable.

Stopped in for a coffee on my way to pickup a friend. Was happy to find them open early. The woman working the register was friendly and efficient. The store was empty of other customers. There is lots of space with a few tables inside. In addition to coffee they do have pastries and other food items. I had a regular latte. $4.99. The flavor was good and the ratio of milk to espresso was perfect. I often get coffee from one of the big name coffee places. This was hands down better tasting than what I get elsewhere. Thanks for helping start my day!

I get different prices for the same thing I order all the time. That's the only thing concerning me. Also. Please please be careful. I don't eat bacon..i had bacon on my bagel this morning. It was all mixed in with the egg.

First time going here, found it on Google maps. Actually came in here for the Ham & Cheese Croissant... Then I saw a picture of their Blended Iced Coffee drinks, and had to try! I got the Triple Chocolate. OMG that first sip was AMAZING, loved the perfect combination & the aftertaste kick of coffee I Love. So delicious I almost forgot to take a picture, drank half of it before I remembered?. I think I have a New Favorite! ?☕?

I'll start by saying the food and coffee are good but the customer service sucks. I have ordered from them 4 times because of this but will never again. First time was perfect so I ordered again. Second time I ordered the stuffed croissant was black from how burnt it was. The third time I ordered a almond croissant and they gave me a chocolate instead and Uber refused to remedy the situation. I ordered once again today and my chipotle chicken sandwich was missing. Uber refuses to refund my money and when I call the location to get some sort of solution they don't answer the phone. Luckily my Uber driver went back to get it for me and when she called me she said they said they didn't have the ingredients to make it. So instead of calling me or refunding it on the app to let me know they don't have it they just sent the order without it. And I own a business that uses Uber so I know they can cancel orders and items on their end or call the customer to see what they want to do about it. Terrible customer service.

I rarely give yelp reviews, but this one deserves five star for amazing customer service, and food. I came to this place a few times, and they have never failed to impress me with their great service. I usually order their white chocolate mocha, and that is by far the best drink I ever had. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a cozy and homey spot to enjoy coffee, drinks, and pizza!

The wings at pizza factory were sooooo good. The pizza was okay. But $5 for a slice is not my thing. Too expensive. I will just got to 7/11 to get a slice much cheaper and better.

As a former batista and espresso enthusiast, this is the only place in East Oakland I will get espresso it's also fun how they do blended coffee drinks super sweet and delicious.
