Pot pies are great, easy comfort food.Sadly, the service leaves much to be desired. At the drive-thru, they don't talk to the driver at the speaker until the car at the window leaves. This makes the entire process slower and less convenient.I have been ordering using the app, arriving after the estimated completion time and the food is never ready. They always ask you to go park and wait (which kind of defeats the ordering by app). They ask this even if there are no other cars in line. There were at least 4 workers at this time.Last time I went in, they asked me to park and wait, but nobody else was in line. I said, "No, thank you. I'll just wait here. I offered to move if another car came in; none did. The staff were pretty pushy, but I continued to wait for my food. They sent a security guard to threaten me. He ended saying he was gonna put a curse on me!?!

They gave away my online order to someone else and when I came to pick up my order they questioned if I picked it up already THREE times. I was already annoyed that they gave it away but their reaction wasn't to remake my order, they kept insinuating I already received my meal and I was trying to get a free one. This KFC isn't busy and it was only 20 mins between ordering and pickup. Even if I were to snag a meal would I do it in such a small time frame, would you not recognize me? We were nice about it at first but we had to argue back when they weren't going to remake/refund $60 worth of food even though we had the order receipt and id. It's your bad if you don't check ID before giving food away.

Growing up I remembered KFC being good. I stopped by to pick up a famous bowl and some fries. This location appears to be understaffed - the person assisting me was also assisting people at the drive through. There was only 2 people working at this location if I remembered correctly. Took a while to get my order in. Place is still clean and well lit as I remembered. The bowl is gross. The only thing good about it was the chicken. The mashed potato had no flavor and could be compared to card board. Corn was mediocre (better/sweeter could be found in a can). I did not finish this and had to toss it out bc it was getting difficult to eat without anymore chicken. The fries were lack luster and overly fried. McDonald's is still better and cheaper (I think).

The DOUBLE DOWN.I had it like a decade ago and it was basically the grossest thing I ever at at a fast food chain of any kind, any place. It came in a cardboard box, a la McDonald's Big Mac, and at the bottom of that box was literally (opposite of figuratively--sad I have to define this) soaked in 2/3rds of a cm of oil. Yes, a soup of pure oil on the bottom, which seeped into the fried coating turning it into something like soggy cereal flakes. This mush of cereal sloughed off as I attempted to pick it up, and after about 2 bites, it all was shed like the skin of a person after being exposed to extreme radiation. I nearly threw up.........omg, what a difference here. So, this time it came in 2 bags, an outer and inner bag, one lined in foil. I think they learned--something has to combat the extreme moisture and extreme oiliness. Yet........... it wasn't oily!!!!!!! The coating stuck as well as KFC Original Recipe usually does (which is to say not perfect, but workable). The meat was white meat, so you know, not juicy, but also not as dry as half the patties served in half the chicken sandwiches out there. I ordered the spiy version, and so the batter wasn't spicy, but it was all in the orange sauce. I did like the sauce.Yeah, it's still not really a sandwich. I still don't get it. THEY GAVE AWAY MY ORDER!Sent a complaint via website, but they have a buggy form and can't enter city or restaurant number. We'll see what happens.From the complaint:When I went inside, the person was at drive through window. I waited, not seeing my stuff at the boxed display for online orders. She came over and I said I'm here for pickup and showed her my phone with details. She said, "This is for you?" I said yes. She confirmed the order items and said to wait a minute. She then went to the drive through window again to try and catch them. She couldn't. She then talked to the person preparing food, and he began preparing my order again. I knew she gave it away, but didn't say anything in case either of them MIGHT TAMPER WITH MY FOOD! Not the first time there's been an issue with them.

Food is decent from my past visits. But this time service was horrible. Walked in, no one in line, and cashier ignored me continuing to unpack a box. After a few minutes a customer walked up and asked for a refill which he got while im still waiting. After no response or eye contact of my presence I left.
