Good atmosphere, a little bustle and music for a remote work day. I'll definitely be back.

Hard to find parking because it is kinda in the middle of downtown but overall a great place. Nice music and great service.

I am going to be generous and give it a five, the coffee I do like quite a lot here. There's a place not too far across the way for coffee as well but this place has it going in terms of atmosphere for sure. I very much enjoy the fact there's live DJs or music in general, while still a laid back and nice place to get from and go. I go every time I have morning shifts and it hasn't let me down since I started visiting. While I haven't explored it myself, I'm aware this also does wines in the evening.

one of the better coffee places in oakland to chill and do work. Wifi is alright, vibes are great. I like their chai latte. There’s enough turn around that you can typically find a seat.

Good espresso, yummy food, and a very welcoming environment. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Kinfolx and even returned the next day! The staff is kind and welcoming which means a lot to me, I value hospitality. I ordered the beef/lamb curry hand pie and it was absolutely delicious. My partner got the Jerk chicken on and he enjoyed his as well. I love the seating, the art, and they even sell wine. My second time there I caught a talk and discuss event they were having which was awesome. Take your favorite book, journal, or work and get a latte and enjoy the day.

Cute place, great pastries, decent coffee including a decaf option. Service was surprisingly quick considering the place was reasonably busy. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely love this space. Good vibes, art and plenty of plugs. Great place to meet up with friends and community. The downfall though is the internet. It's the slowest connection I've experienced in a min! Which is why I couldn't give it a 5 star rating. So if you're trying to go kick it, read a book, come here! If you're trying to work where internet is essential, maybe find another place.

Absolutely awesome place! Best mimosas I've had in a minute! Cappuccinos were great as well. The atmosphere is so relaxed and refreshing! I I'm a customer for life!!!

Stumbled upon this cafe on a Saturday afternoon and was blown away. Gracious staff. Clean, comfy, stylish accommodations. SPECTACULAR vegan Caribbean hand pies??? Impeccable vibes - it was lovely to see such a mix of people enjoying the space: working, socializing, different ages, different races.

This is one of my favorite places to go in Oakland! It gets busy really fast so try to go early to grab a seat. Staff are friendly and drinks are great, and the vibe is perfect

Beautiful corner coffee shop in downtown Oakland.I loved it so much I came just about every morning during my 5 day visit. My only complaints:1. warming breakfast pastries isn’t standard. I hate being handed cold pastries.2. The heat shields do not fit over the small cups.100% recommended.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options for breakfast food options.Parking: Luckily, I was staying close by so I was able to walk. If you have to drive, you’ll have to navigate the frustration of downtown parking.

This is by far one of my favorite places in Oakland! The atmosphere and people are truly special! My partner and I moved to Oakland for the winter and this became our home away from home. The owners and staff have been nothing but welcoming to us and the space is filled with nothing but good vibes and beautiful art. Coffee, wine and music are a few of my favorite things and they provide all of them. I highly recommend you support this incredible Black owned business!

My favorite place in Oakland! I could say so many reasons why I love Kinfolx. It’s clear that every aspect of this place was created with intention, from the art to the drinks to the service and atmosphere the owners have curated. Drinks from the cafe and wine bar are delicious, and they even have amazing nonalcoholic wines. Easily the best addition to Oakland in the last year and a reflection of how beautiful this city can be.
