Service is pretty bad. The lady always waits 3 seconds like she's falling asleep before answering peoples questions. She was rude to an elderly lady asking about availability of a meat. She yelled at her coworker for bringing out veggies the wrong way? Either way it didn't seem to warrant the amount of yelling she unleashed on them. The roast pork belly over rice was $18.50. I think it'd a little overpriced but it did taste good. Probably not coming back to this spot because of the crappy service. Everyone's comments about it are so true.

This place is getting worst. I called to check on ordering a whole roast pork for the event. Then lady picked up the phone doesn’t seems to want to take my order at all. Definitely will never visit this place again.

I have to now go elsewhere. I once enjoyed coming here and has become a place unwelcoming. I can pay more and go elsewhere. Still haven't found a Chinese restaurant that makes that fluffy rice.

Trash customer service. Rude women working in front. Don't give them your business. They don't appreciate their customers. Only reason anyone comes here is for the location/convenience. They cover up the fatty unwanted pieces of their meats/roast pork and serve it to you when you request/order it. They don't let you choose or make small request like most bbq/roast places that are in Chinatown. THEY ARE RUDE and UGLY. Disgusting people here. A bunch of chau hais here.

My mom came to buy roast pork. It was only fatty pieces left so she asked if they would have anymore and was told a new one will be ready in 45mins. She came back later and was shown a similar fatty piece so she asked for a better piece. Instead of doing so, the two young women yelled at my elderly mom and told her to leave and never come back because they will never serve her again. All because a customer asked for a piece with PORK instead of only fat. My mom came home very upset. She said that was the first time she ever had to yell back at someone like that. Imagine yelling at an elderly grandmother. Terrible employees. Don't give them your business. All these other reviews are saying the same thing.

Good food, great place for duck, Asian BBQ pork and BBQ ribs etc. Large amount of menu items. Their egg Foo young is amazing. Picture is their wonton and egg noodles with Peking duck pretty good. 11.00+ unfortunately, they haven’t allowed dine in since the start of the Covid pandemic. Prices have also raised $3.00 plus per item since then .

Came twice and the same situation. I love their roasted pork, but unfortunately, the customer service is poor, and the lady charged me more than the price, and she was very unapologetic when I asked her about the overcharged. I'm not going to fight for $10 overcharged, but for sure next time, I know how to deal with her

The BBO pork is so good. I like to ask the fatty meat. The yellow feather chicken is yummy . The most I like is their soy sauce intestines . Shall be back to buy again.Don’t expect service , just think about the yummy foodActual went back there again 2 days after the first time. The food is so good. They always close earlier than it supposed too. Family business.

I came here today to buy a roast duck and had them chopped it up. Came home and found out that a whole wing and a drumstick is missing?!?!?! Will never come here again, pity!

Best roast duck in town, but don't expect friendly service. The duck is very juicy and well seasons.

This place is my number one restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. when I I need a special dinner, this is the place that comes right away to my mind. excellent and all kinds of food and a rich menu.well mannered staff, and agreeable atmosphere. Not less important, the pay is affordable. I sent my friends to this place with no hesitation.

With Covid, KiNG KoNG's deli is still open. People come from all over because they are noted for their roast pig with the crispy skin andSpecial spice rub that they prep their pig with.Although this is the spotlight, their Cha Siu, roast duck and either soy sauce chicken or boiled yellow chicken are all one of the best ever. Be sure to ask for their ginger and green onion sauce.
