Great location and good quality of food with affordable price! TBH the flavor is a little bland, but all the hand rolls match well with the soy sauce provided. They have REAL WASABI and this is definitely a plus for this restaurant. Uni, toro & caviar hand roll I tried today is 100% amazing. Looking forward to its grand opening!

Came in for soft opening. Really excited to have a handroll place in the neighborhood. I dream of having something equivalent to KazuNori in Los Angeles, but Kuidaore blew me out of the water!l ordered the 3 handroll, California (red crab) roll, A5 Wagyu, Cucumber Sonomono, Hamachi Crudo.- Everything I ordered was delicious.- They serve REAL WASABI.- Service was very attentive, accommodated for my food sensitivities, and the staff are welcoming.- Matcha IPA was an extravagant beer that was delicious.- Get the truffle citrus soy on the side.Will be back frequently.

Went during the first hour of their soft opening on Tuesday and everything was very delicious and pretty! All counter seats facing the chef. Pictured are the scallop crudo, uni/toro/caviar hand roll, and their 2 desserts. Also ordered the set of 3 handrolls, not pictured but also delicious! Very fresh fish

Delicious food, friendly staff, and great location! We LOVED the maguro and hamachi crudos. The seaweed salad was simple and yummy. The hand rolls in the 4 combo were each unique with perfectly crispy nori and fresh fish or veggies, and the hot sake hit the spot! We were happy to have room for the jasmine ice cream and calamansi sorbet as well - both really tasty and creative - don't skip dessert!We are so excited that they're finally open and are definitely coming back soon!
