I think the atmosphere and style of the place is amazing! Nothing else like it in the area. The service can be good or bad depending who is working. Sometimes a person will ignore you while you stand there staring at them and other times I will get a friendly greeting. I think this place needs friendlier service to match the fun atmosphere. People expect the experience going into this place to be exciting and something to remember.The paletas tasted like they had been frozen forever such as the Kiwi or fresa. The ice cream was amazing! Beware prices aren't posted as required by state law, I've come here 3 times, ordering the same items and always paying different prices each time make you feel like they Intentionally do that to rip you off! They won't willing give you a receipt you have to ask for it...

Nieve flotante 10/10 sooooo good! I got the Agua Fresca de Sandia con Chile topped with watermelon sorbet on a hot day it was SOOO refreshing next time I'll definitely be getting the same Agua but topped with Lime sorbet. We also got an elote and hot Cheetos topped with cheese and one more nieve flotante (horchata topped with coffee ice cream) 4 items came out to a total of $29 (prices are NOT listed anywhere.) Seating is semi limited depending on what time of the day you come, the few times I've been around mid day 3-4pm and it's been suuuuper busy, theirs definitely less people at night. Overall, HIGHLY recommend!

This is the second time I come into this store and they have the most MINIMAL, almost non existent amount of paletas and they're messy. The snacks (nachos, and corn) choices seem to be about the only thing they have available now. Their service isn't friendly either, they don't greet customers standing in line or coming in, and there's usually only ONE employee there making it a huge delay only to look at the fridge when you're near and realize they don't have many options. When this store first opened it had a good vibe, their music was good, you'd get greeted, they would let you know they'll be with you shortly and the staff was young and friendly.
