They’re raciest I went in there for some arroz con leche I called they served it but once I got there they said they didn’t serve it and was laughing in my face. I would rate them nothing but I had to put a star to rate

Best chicken tacos/burritos in town (the chicken is fire-grilled out back). The ONLY thing I would criticize is the karaoke at night is ear-ringing loud. Other than that, I love this place, and I keep bringing people there.Vegetarian options: They do have veg options. I've taken a vegan friend there for a burrito.Parking: There is usually street parking around, especially on the side of their building, or across Foothill.Wheelchair accessibility: Should be easy to get inside, and they have plenty of low/regular-height tables.

When the menu was pretty much all in Spanish, I knew this wasn’t going to be your run-of-the-mill burrito spot. (The menu currently on-line does offer translations.) Fortunately, the multi-page menu supplies pictures, and the servers speak English. Seafood is the specialty but there are more than enough selections to make a meat eater’s mouth water. Vegetarians would be hard pressed to find much beyond lettuce, cucumbers and other garnishes. The place reminds me of the Mexican seaside with its highlights of Ceviche, Molcajete, and a multitude of oysters, shrimp and fish. They also have soft tacos, fajitas, or tostadas if you prefer something familiar. The neighborhood is working class, definitely not upscale. Probably best to go in the daytime in order to navigate your way. Parking can be scarce. Check for no-parking hours. The city of Oakland is happy to pass out parking tickets. One star removed for using commercially made chips and fried tortillas.

Stopped here one day in passing for a quick afternoon snack. For starters everyone who worked here was so lovely. Just the nicest people who genuinely cared you had a good time. The food options were vast and it was hard but we decided to split an aguachile. We got the cilantro one and oh dear lord was it spicy; but also so delicious.Next time I’m in Oakland I’d like to come by here again for their karaoke night and also for breakfast. Apparently all tortillas are made in house so you know it’s gonna be good.

masks are not required entering the restaurant. Sunday late afternoon has karaoke, music is so loud it makes communicating with staff hard. Most of the food is bland, staff is slightly rude. This place is definitely not family (conversation friendly)

Found a hair in the carne asada molcajete; gave the fork to the waitress with the hair still intact, she took it and came back after some time. Not an apology, just a simple, "do you want another one or something else off the menu?", which leads me to believe this happens often. Also, ordered the grilled fish with shrimp, the shrimp was still "raw" had to cover it with the foil for it to turn into the pinkish color and cook, if I would've wanted aguachile or something else that involved gray looking shrimp I would've ordered that but it's not my cup of tea. My family and I didn't finish our food, not even half our meals because we were all disgusted, not to mention as we were leaving the personnel stared us down as if it they were upset that we even said anything about the hair. Will never be coming back again, especially not after seeing 0 cooks in the kitchen with hairnets.
