Awesome location with a great selection and top notch quality. The Dorado en salsa de mariscos had the best scallops I've eaten along with a beautiful piece of mahi mahi and a beautiful prawn. The La podersoa with chicken got a great review and everyone left happy. Definitely worth a drop in.

Went for a quick lunch on Monday. Both our dishes were deep fried which I’m not a fan. Service was excellent. Noise level is LOUD due to concrete floor and a high ceiling. The music in the bathroom was so loud I thought I was in a nightclub.Other reviewers photos show the food looking wonderful. Either we had a lunch menu with fast food for nearby office workers or I just ordered the wrong thing. I would like to try this place again for dinner and order something pan fried or the roasted chicken.

My family went a few days ago for my dad’s birthday and we’re still talking about the food. The seafood was fresh, the ceviche was addicting , the steak was huge, the rice was amazing and the drinks were really good!! The service was also amazing. We asked for recommendations and they didn’t disappoint obviously. We were checked on multiple times by different staff through the dinner. They even were able to sing happy birthday to my dad and had a sparkler! We’ve already recommended this place to others! From what I can remember we had mango lemonade, pisco sour, the purple drink in the photo?, mixto amarillo? ceviche (3 different types of ceviche) arroz con pollo, antichucho con pollo, churrasco, the chocolate bandido and mango panna cotta.100% would go again!!

My family, including my wife, son, and sister, and I had the opportunity to dine at your restaurant on Thursday, March 7th, 2024, with a reservation set for 8:15 pm. Having just arrived from a flight from Portland, we encountered a slight delay but proactively adjusted our reservation to 8:30 pm to accommodate this.Despite our efforts to communicate and adjust our arrival time, beginning at 8:00 pm, we received multiple calls from the restaurant's staff—three calls, to be exact. These calls inquired about our certainty in honoring our reservation, and the tone felt notably pressing and somewhat aggressive, which was a surprising and unwelcoming prelude to our visit.Upon our arrival, we found the dining experience to be passable. We understood and complied with the restaurant's request to expedite our orders due to the impending last call, which seemed reasonable under the circumstances. However, our dining experience was overshadowed by observations that we found to be less than professional. Notably, several members of the restaurant staff were congregated at the bar, engaged in loud laughter and openly counting their tips. This behavior, in our view, detracted significantly from the ambiance and professionalism expected at a dining establishment of your repute.Furthermore, as the evening progressed towards closing time, the situation regrettably deteriorated. Two of your servers approached our table with a demeanor that was far from welcoming. Their communication about the restaurant closing and the implication that we should leave was delivered in a manner we felt was unnecessarily brusque. One server, in particular, exhibited a demeanor that was not only unprofessional but outright rude, going so far as to give what could only be described as a 'stink eye.'It is with disappointment that we reflect on this experience. Dining out, especially in a new city, should be an enjoyable and welcoming experience, a chance to unwind and savor good food in good company. Unfortunately, the interactions and atmosphere we encountered during our visit fell short of these expectations. As such, we are compelled to share our experience and express our decision to not patronize this location in the future. We hope this feedback is received as an opportunity for improvement, to ensure future patrons do not share our unfortunate experience.

When we went on Valentine's Day the food was cold and on a hot plate, since one of the good things about going to a restaurant of this level is supposed to be that your dinner will be fresh. This was discussed with the waiter and he proceeded to change it, which improved significantly when he brought dinner again.

Great find in Oakland for a chill night of a few cocktails and delicious bites. The Arroz con Pollo and Chicharrón are muy bueno.

Honestly the best Peruvian food I've had in CA. The ceviche was so fresh I was very impressed. I wish they had a Limon in Sacramento.

Made a pick up order. When we arrived to the restaurant, we asked if my daughter could use the bathroom. While she used the bathroom, I asked a waiter and hostess if it was okay if we ate in 1 of the booth outside… Both hostess and waiter said yes with no hesitation… I wished I remember their name so they could get the recognition they deserve! We paid for our food left a tip and went outside to eat… as we are eating we notice a supervisor or manager giving us dirty looks and shaking his head thru the window… the person was a Hispanic male with a light blue button up shirt and dress pants and glasses… I notice we had a missing item from our order. I went inside to speak with that same Hispanic male for him only to give me attitude I told him he could check the bag and table himself if he liked… AGAIN TO THE HOSTESS AND WAITER/BUSPERSON THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE AND IM SORRY I COULDNT REMEMBER YOUR NAME. To that Hispanic male supervisor or manager with glasses… YOU NEED MORE TRAINING!!

The food was amazing, and the service was great. I had a delicious pisco sour, the spicy ceviche which was divine, and split an empanada sampler 3 ways with the group I came with. The menu was varied with plenty of options for every type of diet. Everything was delish. Atmosphere was a little industrial for my taste, could have done more with decor to really elevate the dining experience here. Overall, I would recommend and I would come back!Vegetarian options: Not too much in the way of vegetarian options, although you could find something to eat on the menu. They have a dish called tacu tacu which is vegan, crispy beans and rice.

The food was delectable! I had the empanada sampler and really enjoyed the beef, cheese, and vegetarian empanadas. The yellow dipping sauce for them was light and packed a mouth watering splash of flavor. I've never had empanadas that way before. The chicken empanadas were not as memorable and perhaps on the blander side of the flavor spectrum. The tostones were actually ripe plantains (sweet) and they're typically fried green plantains so that was unclear/confusing. The cauliflower appetizer was perfectly done with just the right amount of seasoning. The Lomo Salteado Is known to be a bit salty and it was, the Pork Belly Chaufa was good - a touch of the Lomo Salteado sauce that I added enhanced the pork belly flavor. The staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful. You can tell that everyone enjoys being there and it gives the place a very pleasant, indulgent, and relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely try more of the menu here again!
