The 3 times I have gone through the window, the person who serves me does not understand my English LOL. But there are people who speak Spanish ??, they are friendly, and the service is fast.

Oakland takes a lot of heat, and much of it is warranted, but this McDonald's location that resides in a challenging geographical spot exceeds expectations.Suspiciously clean :) while everyone working was professional and provided the orders quickly. This is in light of several mildly aggressive patrons that ordered in either a state of confusion from too much work or too much meth. It's hard to distinguish in these hard-scrabbled times.I highly recommend this establishment and declare that prudence dictates that if you're a fan of the Golden Arches, then this is a spot to refill on a cornucopia of tasty sustenance.

Don't charge surcharges on a large drink. Not cool.

It seems like it’s almost automated fully from the McDonald’s app because there’s not a lot of human interaction except to pick up your order but we’ll see how the new location in Houston Texas is fully automated. I think all of McDonald’s are gonna be like this. Kind of sucks for people who need jobs but you know McDonald’s all about the bag
My sandwich was missing cheese and a meat patty. I got a double quarter pounder the 1st one was fine it was the second one that didn't come with nothing. The line was so long that the food was cold. Plus I was driving back on the freeway so it was to late to complain or go

Placed order via drive thru order my food with no meat get to window there’s bacon I hand my order back he stated it was remade I get home to find bits of bacon in my food the guy at the window dint remake he just took the bacon
