Came here on 03/24/2024 @ around 1:24pm and ordered a sundae, and a ice cream cone that was extremely small for some odd reason, I acknowledged to the workers that work there that the ice cream cone is extremely small and also asked if the ice cream cone was a kids size? Because in the history of me buying ice cream cones from McDonald’s I have never been served an extremely ice cream cone especially for the prices they are charging now. The Mexican girl that handed me the ice cream cone didn’t know how to speak English which I find very suspicious and also most of the illegal immigrants that are employed by this particular McDonald’s didn’t know how to speak English either so they went and got a [black African American] girl who was rude but when she came to the window she told me that, that is how they make the ice cream cone’s which again was extremely small. I told her I’ve been coming to McDonald’s for years ordering ice cream cones and also I was there yesterday and that the ice cream cone was made a lot bigger, well she told me that the ice cream cone from yesterday was made wrong and that it was supposed to be extremely small like it was today when I was there I also would like to add how she was very rude and at the end of the conversation about the ice cream cone she slammed the drive through window right after she raised her voice while she was explaining the size of the extremely small ice cream cone.This McDonald’s needs to be investigated throughly this isn’t my first Google complaint about this particular McDonald’s located on Hegenberger here in Oakland I’ve mentioned a lot worst things here at this location in the past and it seems nothing has changed along with the fact they have the same illegal immigrants working here with false documentation.It’s been said that the illegal immigrants come here and know of a family member that will hire them without them having to show and prove any legitimate green cards/ documentation to be legally able to work in the U.S and that’s not only here that’s everywhere.In closing you all need to get it together and get it together fast because I’am seeing dozens of bad reviews about this particular location.Forgot to mention the [black] girl did offer me a refund if I didn’t like the extremely small size of the ice cream cone. I told her no I’ll keep it but McDonald’s would not be getting any new business from me not even the cosmc’s when they ever do open it’s all poison anyway alright bye bye.

The manager isn’t a good manager and you’re better off going to In-N-Out because this place will probably mess up your order anyway they don’t know how to use the mobile app system, so good luck if you want to try to order using the mobile app overall, very very bad experience and I wouldn’t visit here again

If I could rate this place Zero stars, I would. They are beyond RUDE.I asked for big mac sauce and was told “they have nothing like that” considering they have a burger called the big mac LOL.I then asked very nicely to speak with a manager to try to clear up any confusion and as I was speaking to the manager who was also rude the other employee flipped me off and the manager did absolutely nothing.Shoutout to Carlos (drive through employee) and Eduardo (manger), you guys really know how to provide horrible service.

I'm not sure why people here are so bad, none of them knows customer service, and they are all very rude. This place needs a new management or a new owner. You spend at least $40 and they only give you 1 sauce and they treat you horribly. Just go somewhere else because they need to be shut down it's just HORRIBLE!!!

I made a mobile order on my app and I sat there for 30 while my food was getting cold. No one called my name, I stood at the counter for 15 min while the lady ignored me, no one even made eye contact. This Mc. Donald’s isn’t even worth putting in an order with the mobile app. It’s best if you order in person at this location.
