Ordered a large pie. It was less then 12 inches and cost $55.00. They should be ashamed of themselves for vending such a small pizza and charging so much. A large pizza shouldn't come in the smallest pizza box they make.

I got take out. I was riding my scooter and the counter employee and I had to problem solve the issue of not having a bag deep enough so the pizza can lay flat, as opposed to orientation of a vertical nature. That's not how the pizza goods intended their masterpies to be delivered. Incidentally, the plating scores were way down by the time I arrived home. We'll see if the owners read these, and how it takes to them to address the shortfall of to-go options. Scooters are not going away, I want to see some more scootercentric thinking out there people! Bags. With handles that are long enough for me to hang that pie off one of the handle grips. The young lady working was a customer service guru. She was with me every step of the way.She gets an 11 out 10. Pizza gets a 8 out of 10

I ordered two small pizzas and a 20oz drink online at 6:07 PM...the estimated delivery time was 7:02. I had to call two times and did not receive my pizzas until 7:48 PM. Never ordering here

I went there for the pizza buffet and instead of them keeping fresh pizza out they just left the old pizza out the entire time I was there. I never got anything fresh. One of the other customers said I should have ordered the personal pizza instead because they never really keep the pizza buffet stocked.

Mountain Mike's is a pizza experience!!! It's about the journey not the destination. Love coming here to watch a big game, have a few pizzas, knock back a few beers and just hang loose.

Pizza is good. The reason for the 3 stars is I placed an order directly on their website it said it would be ready in 20 min I showed up after the 20 min had passed and it wasn't ready they were just about to make it. I waited and noticed cashier went to back make it. I asked if pizza was ready and she said no that a lot of people came at once. If you order online just know everyone else who walks in the door gets their pizza first. I waited another 20 minutes for pizza. Next time I just show up and order there.

The owner of this establishment is incredibly rude and insulting. I order from mountain mikes all the time and I've never had an experience like the one I had today. I ordered a few pizzas and one was trash. Even the kids didn't like it. I called to let them know and get a refund on the one pizza and the owner gaslighted me, said they should have never taken my order and that I call for refunds all the time. I was very confused because like I said, I order from mikes all the time (first time at this location) and have never had an issue. When I asked her for details she got even more rude and said I'm "blocked from all mountain mikes".This was insulting and made me feel so uncomfortable. I have no reason to lie or get over on a $40 pizza. I myself am a business owner and would never treat someone like this or talk to them in such a disrespectful and accusatory manner.

Best place to catch in downtown Oakland.Mountain mike is the best pizza ever , Great location with big 4 TV screen’s very neat and clean, Amazed to see how late they are open and still serving fresh and hot pizza. Come and try this best location and don’t forget to try their new pizza BBQ at the ranch we all loved it . Webster location is best recommended place to be?????
