rude rude rude rude rude!! i am disgusted at the tone of the person taking my order. so much so that i changed my mind and decided to order round table instead, which is out of my budget at the moment, but id rather spend more money with a better customer service than to spend my money with people that dont respect there customers, Disguting!!!!

First time ordering from here and they messed it up. I ordered wings with blue cheese and a salad with ranch and they only brought ranch. I told the driver and she said "sorry I do t have blue cheese" and walked away. The food was good but it wasn't what I ordered. The answer to the problem was in what the driver said. If she had a small box of dressings in the car, she could have fixed the problem right then and I would be writing a 5 star review. Instead, I'm left with the feeling of you get what you get and you don't get upset. Next time the tip will be cash on correct delivery only.

I love Mountain Mike's Pizza, but this location is a joke. Nothing in the restaurant works, everything is out of order. The restrooms, the soda machine, you name it, it doesn't work. The staff isn't consistent, friendly, or helpful. Their actually very rude. And your pizza won't look right. (Here they make Mike's pizza the way they want. Not how you expect it to look.) Go to the store on Webster, much better experience, customer service, and food. guarantee!

The pepperoni curls. Like at a New York pizza joint. The little curled up pepperoni cups that are delicious and perfect in every way.This is our comfort pizza choice. It hits the spot.

I actually got scammed by this business - ordered three pizzas and was charged for four. Despite having an email confirmation that only shows three pizzas. The fourth was added on as a separate charge. I hope whatever employee at Mt. Mike's did it enjoyed their free lunch. Won't ever order from here again. And if it was the driver, I hope you enjoyed the $20 tip along with the free pizza.
