The good taste of my jasmine milk tea and the soft boba brings the rating up from a 3 to A 4. The area reminds me of a dangerous impoverished country. I almost got hit twice - once by an Ambulance (lol) and the other by a car that was driving directly towards me for about half a block.

This is the worst bubble tea I have ever tasted!We ordered 2 bubble tea. There is a very disturbing aftertaste (it wasn't fresh), it has a very chemical taste, not enough bubble and expensive for a mediocre quality.The only positive point was the staff member.Don't waste your time and money here.

I went here with my daughters about 2 months ago and the area is kinda sketchy but since there was parking right in front of the store we decided to go inside. We got a coconut strawberry slush and a milk tea, both were so so good! I went again today with my girls and the gate for the parking lot was closed! I looked for parking in the street but there was nothing close by. The closest was about 2 blocks away, since this area is not safe this is a HUGE negative. I think they will loose a lot of customers by closing the parking lot and expecting us to walk around this highly trafficked and sketchy street for a slush!Please open the parking lot!

One Milk Tea in Sacramento is my favorite place, I uber in the Bay area so, since I heard there is one in Oakland I thought I had to try it and see if I can get my favorite smoothie while I'm working, and I can!! It's just as amazing.I Always most recommend the Taro Smoothie, they add this thick brown Taro concoction on the inside walls of the cup, it's out of this world, 10/10 of any Boba shop anywhere, and I've tried a lot.Get the Taro smoothie!!
