Pizza’s from these store are tastes so good and working staff is polite towards the customers and also deliver fast . I recommend to have a stuffed crust speciality pizza’s and papa bites :)!

The fact that it was open at almost midnight and I could get a special is worth a couple of stars. The parking lot is a landmine of mess, I suggest that one parks on the street. I was a bit skeptical about the gentleman having to go to his cell phone to calculate the change or taxes but I will continue to hit them up for a pie again.

Terrible customer service. Placed an online order a day or two in advance for delivery. Called hours in advance to ensure they'd arrive and no answer. Called again 1 hour before delivery and was on hold for 30 mins with no answer. We had to go pick up the food to ensure it'd arrive in time for a kids birthday party. Upon arrival (at delivery time) the employees were sitting in an empty store stating they were going to leave soon. They had the audacity to charge us for delivery fee + tip. We don't reside locally in Oakland but expect good customer service in all neighborhoods.

I'm from Virginia I ordered a pizza today 01/26/24 time 6:30 1 supreme pizza 1 large fresh 12 wings I said I wasn't from here they told me 45 minutes of waiting it cost 60 dollars 51 cents they will bring it I do this to confirm their prices and the effectiveness of their work by giving a time when they will bring the food so I will know if they comply at the end of the 45 minutes I will make the other comment

Papa John's is dependable, and this location stays open until 2 AM so it's good for those late night munchies and food service deliveries. Last week was another day/night where I just didn't want to cook. I don't like a lot of pizza places, but I do like papa john's. Their garlic parmesan wings are a must. They're tiny, but mighty! The garlic knots are a guilty pleasure of mine along with the extra garlic butter dipping sauce I add to the order. I also like that they added an option to have your pizza made "well done" because I need my pepperoni crispy and I don't like my cheese too gooey. While writing this review I had a foodie flashback and just placed an order for the garlic parmesan chicken wings.
