They won’t even provide straws or cup sleeves for customers to grab.. you have to wait and ask to have a straw with your cold drink or a sleeve for your hot drink.. then they get mad at you for trying to grab one.. absolutely terrible
asked for a specific drink to me served to me - spoke to the cashier several times bout my order - the barrister didn’t have the order she stated it was labeled from cashier -after going back to the cashier the “ manager” Robin interrupted our interaction n became intrigued by her own semantics to dismiss me- rather than being respectful n empathic - my order still was resolved to my specifications

More expensive and slower than other coffee shops. Im more of a Starbucks person but this Peet's is somewhat close to my job, so i occasionally come here. They are super slow, even-though it looks like they have a full crew, 10-15 mins for some cold brew.. I tried ordering ahead of time on app, but app wasn't working.. even if you order ahead, drink won't be ready when you walk in. Also, they're all over the place. Very confusing set up on where to get your drink, they don't even tell you where to wait for your drink, one counter has pick up orders another had pastries and online orders coming out another has drinks.. could be better organized
