The cashier was very rude, there were several times when I thanked her for the service and she stayed silent but that's fine. Then I asked her if I could order something to drink and she didn't answer me. I asked her again if they had drinks that I could buy to drink and she stayed silent again. Her bad-tempered face was out of place. She clarified that my conversation with her was in English since she only speaks English, the language could not have been the reason for her to respond.

When this store first opened, it was delicious and affordable. I came here all the time. But after a long time, it became more and more perfunctory. Today I ordered a two scoop poke bowl. The ingredients in it are really getting less and less. I ordered three kinds of sauces but only got one kind of sauce. And they all have the same kind of sauce. Why are you so stingy with so little? Just don't open a store. Not only was the food I ordered lacking, but the salmon inside was so stale that I didn’t even dare to eat it because I was so disgusted that I even had a stomachache. This is not the first time these things have happened. I hope everyone will not go to this poke shop because it is no longer what it used to be.

I ordered a large poke bowl with 3 scoops of salmon and they sent me just 1 half scoop of salmon. They are not honest with the portions but they charge full price.Also my order took 2 hours to arrive and it was supposed to take 35 min.

Bad customer service. The worker charged me for my food and then told me it would take about 25 mins to make. I kindly asked for a refund but he refused. I told him I was going to head somewhere else. Although we were still talking at the register, he still refused.

Got a few poke bowls over time. Then we got two bowls that had monkey butt or something in it. It was a horrible rotten flavor of fish.....I'ma still scarred. Haven't had once since. But ordered other stuff last night. All this sushi but came with no ginger. No wasabi. Sacrilege. I've never ate sushi with no wasabi or ginger. And they forgot to slice the sushi. I think we need to find another place.

Also received half the cucumber and tamago they used to place, and had to ask for another 1/8 spoon of tobiko. Thank goodness I didn’t add avocado, I would have ended up with a teaspoon full for another $2.Oh, and they never gave me soy sauce either.

Our poke bowls were made fast and without love, sauce is not mixed in, raw fish is warm, not tasty overall, and the service was lousy too, not a smile, similar to ordering from a machine. I won’t be back.

The lady standing at the entrance was really aggressive and rude, we were upset because of that, we don't know the reason, the food was really delicious, I recommend it, but the staff seem very negative and unhappy. If you change your attitude, maybe you can be successful, good luck.
