Food was good, not great. Fast service and workers working hard. I marked them down for the rude man who rang me up. He was in a hurry to the point of rudeness. There was nobody in line behind me. It took me a second to enter a custom tip. I refuse to pay 15% minimum for counter service. So he reached over the Paystation and signed over my signature and pressed enter. Is it because I'm an older person? Would he have done that to a young person? BIAS?

This place is hit or miss. Can't always rely on getting the bagel types you want - I've been there and no bagels were ready (come back in 20minutes). Also, a bakers dozen is not given when buying a dozen - so surprising.

Posh Bagel is slept on! The bagels are soft and well-sized; they have a wide selection of bagels as well as Tofutti for all my fellow lactose intolerant folks. It’s a pretty standard bagel shop without all the trendy vibes but sometimes simple is best.

Around 9:30 this morning, I ordered a Blueberry bagel with Strawberry cream cheese. It was made with Strawberry jelly. I returned it and the female behind the counter said, I said jelly. I didn't even know they had jelly. Then she puts cream cheese on it without remaking it. Now I have jelly and cream cheese on it. Again I have to come back inside. Bad customer service on a beautiful day

Yesterday I paid $13 for a mediocre bagel with an extremely thin layer of cream cheese and lox. I’ve never had a good bagel here and am always disappointed. Service here is just ok.
