My recent experience with Round Table Pizza left me with mixed feelings. As a fan of their offerings, I was eager to try the Geunivere Garden pizza and Parmesan breadsticks. Unfortunately, my excitement turned into disappointment. The Geunivere Garden pizza, which typically promises a delightful combination of flavors, fell short of expectations. The mushrooms on the pizza had an off-putting taste, reminiscent of mold. This unpleasant flavor was so pronounced that I couldn't bring myself to finish even one slice. It's disheartening when a favorite dish doesn't live up to its usual standard. Adding to the letdown, the Parmesan breadsticks didn't fare any better. The issue seemed to lie in the preparation, as they carried a distinct taste of old oil. The once crispy and flavorful breadsticks now lacked the appeal that I have come to associate with Round Table Pizza's offerings. Given this disappointing experience, I'm inclined to reconsider ordering from this particular Round Table Pizza location in the future. Quality is paramount when it comes to food, and it's my hope that the restaurant takes note of customer feedback to address these taste issues. While I appreciate the past positive experiences, this recent encounter has left me hesitant about returning anytime soon.

Been going here for years. Still standing unlike a lot of food places here in Oakland. The taste is slightly different than it used to taste back in the 90s, but that's with every food establishment that's been around here in Oakland. Can't complain though, still better than most non-chains pizza places in the area.

The pizza I received was completely damaged as if the delivery driver knocked it around while driving or maybe it fell onto his car floor, I'm not sure. The box was kind of sweaty or damp as if it had been sitting because when I got the pizza, the pizza was cold. I also ordered extra cheese that was not on the pizza. The place is only a mile away and it was delivered cold. I immediately reached out to Roundtable's pizza and spoke to the same person who took my order. Olivia, J. who was extremely rude replied "you get at me sideways, and we need the pizza back". I explain to her that the pizza was delivered and it wasn't until I reached inside my home. I realized the pizza was damaged. I requested a refund and explain to hung up in my face and

Pizza was good but I’m sad they took out the salad bar, which was likely a casualty of the pandemic. There’s parking outside but can be full depending on the time of day.
Very unfriendly order pizza 840 and they are not delivered until 1030 keep calling from my work because my kids are hungry staff unprofessional don't know how to talk the customer.when call ask for the when we get the pizza they spoke to me very rudely. We ordered our pizza at like 8:30 and it's now 10 and our pizza hasn't arrived and they charged money already there service is horrible and they are not picking up the call horrible service do not order please horrible.

Horrible, horrible service! I would never recommend such place! The employeesDo not have any manners of keeping their word when I asked them if they deliver certain area and she had agreed that they do. They charged me electronically right away but I never received a call from them that they had canceled my order, until I called to asked the time the driver would take to deliver my food. Very unreliable, rude and easy to take money. This has never happened to me where I find myself writing such disappointing review! The worst service ever.

This review is for the gluten free crust, which was pretty terrible. The crust is incredibly dry and the toppings didn't nearly make up for the dry cake-y texture.
