They need to up their game with the beef sourcing. It’s from Cisco. I was expecting with a hip modern name they’d have some sustainable option for their patties, but they don’t.

This restaurant has one of the most rude staff. They don’t know how to treat to their customer and the quality of food is even worst. In addition to that, their restroom is so dirty , I am not going this restaurant anymore. Please, save your money and try some other restaurant.

Everytime I eat there it's worth every penny, the service is wonderful, the atmosphere is nice, and the food is too good. So good in fact that the only inconvenience I have is not being able to eat normal food after reminding my taste buds of how good it is ?

Our experience was different from the not so good ones here.. We had Sam's CRISPY Chicken's TRUST US COMBO. We enjoyed 3 of Sam's Signature Sandwiches: The Original Sam's Crispy Chicken, The Classic, Sam's Chicken & Waffle served with waffle fries & your choice of 3 sauces. The packaging was really nice. Our food came well-packaged and not messy unlike many take out food. It was also a lot of food. He loved his chicken as well as the fries. I do not know which one he grabbed. It would have been nice if the sandwiches were labeled. I got the chicken and waffle sandwich which was slightly sweet. It was yummy!The chicken was crispy and not soggy. We like the flavors. It was a nice night late delivery treat while our kitchen floor is being renovated and we can't use the oven. I still have one more sandwich and won't mind eating it cold later!

This place by far has the best tasting hamburgers in all of the Bay Area! It’s amazing. The ketchup is also really good and not something you’d normally think twice about, but they have an amazing flavor and taste. The burgers and fries are also fantastic!

The flavor of both of my items were ok but i didnt like how the sandwich was made of tenders and not a patty: it made the sandwich difficult to eat and just seems like corner cutting to me. Also the ketchup was gross.

As the kids say, this packaging is fire! The food, just okay. Nashville hot is probably the way to go, as the 2 of us tried 4 sandwiches... Waffle fries are good. Def do not order the coleslaw; wow, bland. Seriously, it's pretty much just watery cabbage.
