I ordered the nachos and buffalo cauliflower. Very disappointed in the "spicy impossible" meat in nachos, I ate around it. The sauce used on the buffalo cauliflower was also not good and made them soggy. Maybe it's just my taste buds.

First time in Emery CA and I found this gem on Google. Saturn Cafe, one of the best Vegan Club Sandwiches I've had.if I only lived closer I'd make this one of my regular places to get great food.

1 star for not food quality but flagging the dangerous traffic issue caused by your food's deliveries in the neighborhood. Shouldn't you care how your business is affecting the neighborhood's safety as a responsible business owner? Please flag this issue to the Cloudkitchen. Delivery drivers are double parked all the time blocking bike lanes with no one regulating the traffic and deliveries always park in the corners blocking sight when turning at the intersection making the turn extremely dicey.

We got nice burgers with well seasoned fries.

We came from Discovery Bay. We are long time Saturn eaters. We notice there's no signs as we wanted to order for pick up and the menu said one thing you tried to order and it's not there. There should be some sort of way to tell your customers like us where to go to pick up. Big green building look like a store. We weren't sure. We tried to order 2 FLT and was unable. We got frustrated and came home.

The food itself is pretty good when we go there! My usual is the Nachos and or Onion rings with fries. The Nachos can be a hit or miss since the chips are always soggy but they are pretty good. Like the Nachos, the Onion rings can be a hit or miss since they usually undercook the rings are raw and not really crunchy but more soft. Another sad thing is that the coating of the onion rings usually slides right off of the actual onion. The fries should be more crunchy and they could use a little more salt on the top. The service is pretty okay but they can be usually unreliable as they can say that my order is done when it's actually not done and their menu isn't really accurate because they usually take off great items off the menu which can cause us to get excited over something on the menu it but it's not on the menu no more. I wish there were more parking spaces since we usually have to walk a little far just to get the food.

This food was really bad. The sandwich I ordered was pretty much inedible and the inside of the peach pie was yucky mush. Also we tried to go there in person but it's a ghost kitchen - there's no restaurant to visit just a kitchen hub for a bunch of door dash drivers to pick up take out.

Overall, this was an alright experience. We ordered the nacho fries online and picked them up at the Oakland location. The pickup was instant and they gave a generous amount of food. The fries were decent, but compared to the Saturn Cafe that used to be in Santa Cruz, they were a bit underwhelming. The fries were a little too thick and soggy in my opinion. However, the toppings were great. Also, make sure to ask for any utensils, napkins, sauce, etc. before leaving as they won't be in your pickup bag. It was worth trying out but I probably won't be back anytime soon.

The most legit vegan nachos I've had in awhile. The kind of delicious food you have for dinner and wake up wondering when you can have it again. There's some vegan places that just load oil and fat on and assume that makes it delicious. While there's oil and fat here, it's not excessive, it's not covering or owning the food. It's crunchy from both fresh (veg) and fried. Removed a star because my order was wrong and when you only do pick up/delivery, including everything that's ordered should be a critical part of the business model. The food is five stars without a doubt.

I typically don't eat vegan food since I'm a huge meat lover, but decided to try something new for Oakland Restaurant Week. Saturn Cafe is located inside Longfellow Food Hall, which is essentially a ghost kitchen. There's plenty of parking in the lot across the street that's designated for food pickup. I got the ORW special which was a FLT (fake bacon) sandwich, with a strawberry lemonade, a cup of vegetable soup, and a slice of pie that came with it for about $15. Also decided to get the chicken avocado club (not part of the ORW deal) just to try it out. I definitely liked the chicken avocado club better and the "chicken" was similar in flavor and texture to the real deal. The soup was a bit salty, but the pie was very interesting and tasted like a combination of raspberry and apple. The strawberry lemonade was sweet and tart. After trying them out, I definitely have a different impression on vegan food (in a good way!) and this experience prompts me to try out more vegan food establishments.

Quesadilla, Diablo Burger, and fries were delicious! Despite not being the biggest fans of vegan substitutes, my wife and I were super impressed and could not tell the different. The portions are filling too! Will be coming back to try other items.
