This place is closed. I spent 40 minutes driving up to Oakland on a Friday afternoon since they have such limited hours and they were closed when I showed up at 6pm. They were supposed to be open until 7:30pm. I contacted them on IG and they informed me that they had been closed for a few months to focus on catering. What?!?! Nowhere does it say any of this on Their website, their IG, on Yelp, or Google. I'm sorry but as a business owner, you cannot just not update your status and let people think your restaurant is open. It's irresponsibility and completely unfair to those driving from far away to support and try small businesses. I definitely will not be back.

Pathetic service and mediocre food!1.We ordered two chicken sandwiches Stone cold bread, flavorless chicken breast, filthy glasses!2. Second sandwich stone cold bread and raw chicken? Come on people, step up your game, we had a blast watching the cook running the whole show by himself. When my coworker asked for his money back a lady got called then she showed up to the restaurant and she started searching in her pockets offering a few bucks not what he paid for the sandwich lol, then the cook came out again to reimburse us the exact amount.

I lived in Seoul for 2 years so I am really critical on Korean fried chicken and this place did not disappoint. Chicken was juicy and crispy and the batter wasn't overwhelming. The sauce was great as well. We also ordered the fries that had sauce on top that reminded me of the fries I'd order at lounges and bars in Seoul. The radish tasted like it was pickled in "cider" which is better known here as 7up or sprite and that is pretty authentic. Overall satisfied and will be coming back.

I ate here for the first time and after I took the first bite, dopamine began coursing through my body. The food was so good and the fried chicken had that satisfying crunch that separates the good from the great. I think the owners were the ones who cooked our food and they were very friendly and attentive. I felt like they really cared about our satisfaction, and I enjoyed interacting with them. You can't go there too often because the food is not the healthiest, but it is definitely worth going to when you've earned a cheat day or want to splurge!

We had a delicious and relaxing lunch. The service was really friendly. We tried both the chicken wings and drumsticks, both were delicious; crunchy outside and moist inside- the perfect bite! If you had to pick one, we recommend sticking to thewings or getting half and half, as we did.? We tried the spicy and soy garlic sauce- we recommended both. Though I would like to ask the chef to give me extra spicy next time. Cause I’m all about the spicy life, ok not really. lolAll and all, the appetizers were delish! But we were here for their chicken, and it did not disappoint. ?? Cant wait to come back for dinner, so we can order some soju and their delicious food with friends.Ps. They provide finger gloves so you can eat with your hands! So much fun!

Went during my lunch on 7/21/22. The menu was limited because of their soft opening. I ordered the chicken sandwich & fries. The food is made to order & it was tasty. The sandwich wasn't too spicy. While a bit messy, nothing a fork & knife can't fix.The eatery was previously Blessed Garden. One can still order Blessed Garden food from their "secret" menu.

Chicken was raw! Radish tasted like pure sugar, food disgusting! I was looking forward to this place because I love Korean cup chicken with the fried rice cakes, but the only thing I can do now, is pray not to get sick fingers crossed

I came here a while ago to try the chicken and it was super flavorful and the perfect texture. I tried the Yuzu drink as well and it was so good I'm still thinking about it weeks later! The Yuzu drink is carbonated and not to sweet - I think I'll be coming back just for the drink some nights. :) I ordered for take-out but it looks this will be a great place to catch up with a big group of friends!

First off, I would like to note I went during their soft opening, so I can forgive a little of the slow service, but just a little. I ordered a platter and chicken wings almost an hour ahead and told them I'd pick up at a designated time. When I got there at the designated time, I think they miscounted the wings, so they made sure by asking me how many when I arrived, and made it there. But then, the server couldn't find the sauce(?) for the sides, and then had to look for the sauce lids, and a lot of disheveling made my food sit and wait for about 25 minutes to cool on a table. I was pretty sad when i had brought it back, and all the food barely had any warmth, and the fries were soggy. Lastly, I said 10 chicken wings, but there were only 9 total. When I finally got a plate to enjoy my sad meal, I took a bite of the fries, and HOLY CRAP THIS IS SOME GOOD STUFF. I completely forgot the fries were soggy, I forgot all the fried zucchini and eggplant and mochi cakes were cold. The bold umami flavors of the sauce made me completely disregard what just happened. THAT HOUSE SAUCE IS AMAZING. That is some real dang good juicy chicken! I completely changed my mind, I have to definitely come here again, but instead of takeout, I need to sit my butt down and enjoy it while it was hot and crispy. Also next time, I need to count the chicken before I leave. If you come here, you absolutely must order an appetizer that contains their special house sauce to try out.

- honeydew drink- 6 piece of wings - sweet garlic soy and spicy garlic soy w/tempura and yuzu salad topped with pickled daikonseoul bird & soju is still in the midst of soft opening before rolling out for a full grand opening and even then so far from what ive seen of everything it'll definitely be a really cool spot! i was able to try the sweet garlic soy and the spicy garlic soy. what i appreciate about both flavors was the strong garlic taste. it made it much more flavorful and intermixing it with the coated sauce was amazing! the wings itself was so crunchy on the outside and juicy in the middle which i appreciate and another pro is the fact that its all flat (choice of wings i actually prefer over drums)something i was surprised about was the spicy garlic soy - im not sure if my spice tolerance is high and/or if the spice level itself wasn't high. when i was trying this particular one it didnt taste too spicy - which i wish it was! the spicy also tasted a bit tangier making it a bit more special than spiciness mixed with garlic soy. the slight sweetness paired with garlic soy added another level of flavor too. for the drink it tasted like honeydew juice mixed with yakult -- the staff there had mentioned that normally if its dine in they would've added soju and i feel like that would a bomb combo esp if on its own already tastes so good & refreshing!def would love to dine in and experience it fresh from the kitchen with my friends in the near future and love love the idea of finger gloves offered!!tip:- there's no parking in the front/private parking so i ended up using the street parking nearby (metered)- the street has a lot of construction going on/the sign on the building hasn't been updated yet but the windows/doors have the poster/information about seoul bird & soju

Excellent chicken!!! Omgeeee!!! Delicious!!! The soju was sweet and smooth, very tasty. The place is small and clean inside! Cute decor. Very great location! Downtown, close to Bart and lots of adorable shops. There's a couple ways to order, face to face and on a screen ordering system! Very convenient!!! Friendly staff. Definitely going back!
