I have been a customer at the Shiloh's cuisine for about 2 years now ever since they opened and I am absolutely in love with their food, you could say it's regular Mexican food but to me it's beyond that, they give the food a great taste which leaves you wanting more!! I am si glad we have real Mexican sabor here in downtown Oakland!! Yeehaw keep up the great work Shiloh's cuisine!!

Pretty good.Had the opportunity to eat here because the Port Bar's Drag Brunch. Shiloh partners with this Mexican food truck on their brunch days to serve up some decent Mexican food. We enjoyed their elote and their quesabirria with consommé. I didn't like their shrimp tacos too much because it was served with one tortilla instead of the usual two. The tacos arrived dripping and sopping with sauce so it fell apart as soon as I picked it up. The shrimp was nicely flavored though. They did get quite busy so I recommend putting in your order early for the brunch before they stop taking the orders.

Shiloh's Cuisine is an authentic mexican food kiosk in front of the Port Bar.which is between the theatre and the coffee shop on the corner. name doesn't indicate what kind of eats available. fortunately, menu online and next to counter does show all the mexican eatsofferiings: tacos, tortas, quesadillas, ceviche, tostada, quesabirria, antojitoseats: birria estilo guanaquato/costilla tacos @3.-ample portion of semi-moist proteins, -topped with red onions, cilantro, splash of salsa, etc. -didn't have a lot of flavor but there were subtle hintsgood quality food.take outs:-cash, venmo, or pay pal, no CC.-hours changed recently to 5-10, sunday 12-8. closed mondays.caters specially to port bar nearby and the uptown district evening patrons. -no dining area.

Wow! This is not your typical bland taco truck. I decided to try Shiloh's Cuisine out while walking home on Broadway and it immediately became one of my all-time favorites!Each thoughtfully created dish packs a TON of flavor and fresh ingredients. Everything I've tried has been fantastic, and the owner has been more than helpful with suggestions on and off the menu. Check them out!

Wow they have the best Mexican food at Shiloh's cuisine... i tried their cochinita pibil and tinga and it was the best! the price is good and the food is amazing! you should definitely go try out their food!

The Cochinita pibil here is out of this world. If you want authentic Mexican late July get in Oakland this is your place. Spicy, flavorful, good price, they have it. It's a place you might walk by and that's a mistake..take your night put to the next level, and hit Shiloh's Cuisine and you won't regret it

Shiloh Cuisine is fantastic! The chef prepares excellent Mexican food with a modern touch. We had a bunch of tacos. The carne asada tacos were excellent. Chicken tinga tacos came out perfect. Veggie tacos (mushrooms, bell peppers) were amazing. And the tacos de costilla were on point. All in all great addition to downtown Oakland!! And it's in front of a fun bar!
