9:00am Saturday morning November 18th. the only person who seens to care is the guy Aaron. the rest of them wont call out names and seem to be bery laxed. I complained to Aaron about the staff putting items on the counter ans just walking away and not calling out the name. One girl walked away when I asked why couldnt she call my name out to let me know my danishes were ready. and she simply walked away and said nothing. Again only Aaron cared at all to actually customer service beyond making drinks and taking orders. He was Stellar.

I ordered 5 drinks 2 of them are the same (caramel frap) she decided to only make one of them (I don't understand why she couldn't make them both if there identical orders) and jumped to other orders. So I've been waiting for over 10 minuets and I still only have 1 of 5 drinks made and others have come and gone......

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Waited 20 mins for a drip coffee and pastry. People working there were unorganized and incapable. There was around 30 other people waiting, some who had been waiting for 30 minutes.

I ordered a frozen pineapple passion fruit lemonade refresher and my partner got a matcha iced lemonade. I thought my drink was decent, it's quite sweet and acidic from the pineapple and passionfruit and lemon. I think slightly less lemonade flavor would've been good to be able to taste the other fruits better. I tried some of the matcha lemonade as well and thought it was okay, but personally not a fan of combining citrus with matcha.
