“This is one of the top Starbucks in the bayarea. They have great service although they are always busy. The food and beverages are very good. 10 out of 10 in service and quality.Parking: This Starbucks is located in a shopping plaza that provides free parking on the lot.Kid-friendliness: They have several kid-friendly options.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, this location has great wheelchair accessibility.“
“This Starbucks is right near the Safeway Starbucks, but it's got a great patio and mini lake.They were out of drip decaf, so I got a pour over. It's not the best coffee around, but it's got plenty of seating and easy parking.“
“I like drinking Starbucks coffee to begin with. This Starbucks is basically across the street from Farmer Joes Market--where you can park for free. When you walk in to this business, you know it is a Starbucks but the smell of the coffee and the signage. Why I only gave 4 stars: their service was a little slow, and their bathroom was not available to the public. Coffee can get things moving, and if it does--you need a place to go. Right?“
“The gentleman works there on 8/15/23 morning is very nice and patience, despite being by himself with a line of customers. Safeway and/or Starbucks should consider giving him some help, if you take care of your employees, they will take care of your customers“
“I use this Starbucks at least twice per week. Excellent location if you are southbound on 880. Staff are a friendly bunch, it appears that there are regulars that hang out both inside and outside. The outside has great benches that overlook the estuary.“
“I placed an order for the Pumpkin Spice Latte using the mobile app and then collected it in-store. The beverage features a blend of espresso and steamed milk infused with the delightful flavors of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. It's finished with a dollop of whipped cream and authentic pumpkin pie spices. To my pleasant surprise, it tasted quite enjoyable for my first venture into pumpkin spice drinks!As an added bonus, I also bought a bag of Caffe Verona coffee beans. I appreciated the attentive staff who inquired whether I needed the beans ground or not.“
“I would like to give one star but it is not the staffs fault that this location is such a hell hole. I truly feel the baristas are doing the best they possibly can under the circumstances (MEAN customers and lots of computer problems with their systems). I always witness some ridiculous customer interaction when I'm there.“
“I ordered a frozen pineapple passion fruit lemonade refresher and my partner got a matcha iced lemonade. I thought my drink was decent, it's quite sweet and acidic from the pineapple and passionfruit and lemon. I think slightly less lemonade flavor would've been good to be able to taste the other fruits better. I tried some of the matcha lemonade as well and thought it was okay, but personally not a fan of combining citrus with matcha.“
“I've had stellar experiences the last couple times I was here post Safeway grocery run in this in-store Starbucks. Despite the weekend and right before closing, the baristas were so friendly and made pleasant small talk with me (which I'm all in for). Oh and there's the added perk of discounted drinks only available in the Safeway X Starbucks collab (remember, the Safeway app is your friend) - sometimes one can score deals for drinks half price or even a flat fee of a dollar or two - and the actual coffees are still on point (yay Shaken Espressos)! However, I will not discount the times that they fell through on staffing so their hours are wonky (closed earlier than usual) but I am basing my review on the most recent 2 visits. Also, if you are a Starbucks rewards member and you have some stars to spare, this place also carries a good selection of merchandise for redemption.“
“I stumbled upon this location during vacation. When I went to the counter to ask a question, I immediately started choking and I asked go to the bathroom. One of the ladies had water ready for me when I got out. I appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into the service at this location! Thank you for going above and beyond“
“What I had ordered wasn't my usual but it was okay for the price. My daughter really wanted cake pops, and so we dined in, but the cake pops were frozen. I still bought them anyway and went to Starbucks inside Pak N Sav.Great service, didn't feel as clean as it should have though.“
