I love this Subway I only come here because of Julie... he makes my sandwiches to perfection... she very nice and professional...she makes my day with a warm smile... my compliment is it is entirely too hot in there... I come in with no sleeves and leave drenched in sweat. I asked the manager why is it so hot he stands by the portable fan and says it's not hot yes sir it is. They have their workers working in an oven and the customers feel like we're in the oven as well again the only reason I go there is because of Julie, she's an excellent employee

Horrible customer service. Very rude. Made my sandwich wrong then just scraped it off onto new bread. Two Hispanic men were working that just talked Shit about me as if I couldn't understand them.

My order was completely messed up. I got a bowl that was supposed to have avocado. There was no avocado. My daughter got an Italian sub, and when we opened it, it ended up being a meatball sandwich. Nothing that we ordered was right.

I love this location it has excellent staff who well trained. My favorite Subway in Oakland.
Just left about 20 minutes ago. Wanted a spicy italian. Shortly after ordering my sandwich, I spotted ants and gnats crawling around the outer display. I killed one of the ants, alerted the agent and showed her the dead insect on my finger tip. She stated that the insects were present due to a dumpster infestation outside and was very apologetic. I was disgusted and left. I asked for owner info which she failed to provide. I will NEVER come here again!

I ordered a Steak, Egg, & Cheese Wrap. I paid for it, went and sat down and began to devour it. I got about a third of the way in and wondered why there was so much egg. Not that I minded because I do like eggs, but there was just a lot of eggs. So I opened the wrap up and noticed there was no steak at all!I pointed it out to the nice guy behind the counter and he apologized profusely, added the steak, and offered some free cookies as an apology!No huff, no guff, just a sincere apology and an immediate correction.You have to appreciate it when the person behind the counter accepts the fact that they either made a mistake or just didn't hear you correctly because of your face mask and graciously makes the necessary correction.I think he's the owner because when I paid in cash, there wasn't enough change in the register, so he reached into his pocket and pulled out a bunch of cash that was neatly organized by denomination, like he didn't have a chance to put the opening cash in the register, yet.Definitely recommend this location!

If I can give this 0/5 stars I would. I got food poisoning from this place. I ordered a tuna sandwich a couple of days ago and my stomach still hasn’t recovered
