At no fault of there's the coupons in the app should be able to get used at the store and not just mobile. I like subway service was ok. It's a little disheartening that they have to be barricaded by a thick glass. Was worried about freshness... but it's fresh. I have been a SUBWAY customer for many years. I shop at least once a week. I received an email about the promotion to win a sandwich. it was my lunch break. I went to this store and was served by 2 Spanish ladies. I mentioned the promotion and ordered a turkey sandwich. I was poorly attended and they gave me the sandwich without sauce and without being able to choose what I liked or not. if the company is committed, it is available to give gifts to its customers. tell the staff to treat people well and ask what the person wants. I do not like onion. I don't like items that have been placed. my friends from other stores who went, asked and put what they wanted, said that the employees politely treated them like normal people without distinction because it was a company promotion. Was the staff upset that I asked for a free sandwich? the company ran a mega campaign to publicize a product and 2 unprepared people destroyed the company's marketing action with terrible service. I wanted the sandwich hot and with the sauces I like but it couldn't be that way according to the attendants. train your staff better so this kind of thing doesn't happen to other people anymore.

Both the ladies there were really sweet professional and they made sure we got exactly what we ordered I really do appreciate them they were I believe they were older Latina ladies and I'm telling you I haven't been to a restaurant / fast food area whatever it might be that they actually asked me was I satisfied with my order more than once so thank you to them thank you to the owners keep up the good work I love you

This place used to be decent. The new employees can't make a sandwich the right way.. please hire new employees. It will make visiting this specific location a lot better. I don't recommend this to my enemies..
I ordered a footlong veggie patty for lunch. It had been a little more than a year since I got sandwich. I want some subway nostalgia, so I had it delivered to my job. The driver was diligent, got the sandwich to me thin the time promised. But when I went to lunch to eat my sub I noticed a strange texture 3 bites in. When looked at my sandwich I found chicken mixed with my vegetables. Now I'm not allergic but spending almost 20 years a vegetarian, you could imagine I was a boutique to have a bad time. I threw away the sandwich in anger at who ever made my sandwich; around 20 minutes later I'm puking my guts out from my body rejecting the meat I ate. Not that I hate subway, but for whoever put meat in my obviously veggie only sandwich, I hope you get dedicated on by a thousand pigeons and stub your toe every day. Lesson learned, gonna check before eating and I'm gonna order in, so I can make sure my sandwich doesn't get sabotaged on accident ( or on purpose).Vegetarian options: Footlong double protein veggie patty.
