The food usually is good. The location is located primarily in a under developed neighborhood. I know the service here is deplorable. Don't expect to dine inside. Recent changes have closed the dining area and its drive-thru only. I get cravings for Taco Bell, but I like to dine in and enjoy it there.

Here the staff was friendly and fast. The food was hot and fresh. I think this location is drive through or takeout only but I’m not sure if this was only the time I went. It was around 4 or 5pm.

I try to avoid this location when possible because the service is just awful. They closed the dining room, and the drive through line always takes half an hour or more whether or not it's long. Corporate needs to step in and fix this location.

Since they changed ownership, I have had no problems with my orders. Half the time we use the app for pickup, otherwise order via drive-thru. Each order has been correct since then. Staff are friendlier. Been very efficient. Very please with changes. Keep it up!
