Terrible staff, entered the UNLOCKED lobby and stood there for about 8 minutes, being entirely ignored. After those 8 minutes, I was told "The lobby is closed" no signs up, no warnings, no curteous staff. A basic sign would fix the problem but you clearly dont care about your customers. I will be contacting corporate about this unprofessional location.

This is place is horrible as expected. The staff don’t know how to take orders period. They are unprofessional and rude. They also don’t even speak plain English when ordering. They will waste your time and money. Never will be coming back to this location. Rated 0
Literally so foul, we have tried this place a couple times because I get out of work late and it’s close by, undercooked chicken that was pink in the middle and the staff has no idea how to do their own jobs, every time I have been here it has been awful, it needs to be shut down, I have never reviewed a fast food place but this place compelled me to.

Oddly much worse than any other Taco Bell I've been to in the Bay area. I thought the whole thing about fast food chains was consistency - I suppose you could say this one is consistently worse, but that's a dad joke I'd rather not make.

I had to go back and get my order corrected because the staff messed it up. Upon my return you can see that they are not taking this serious. Had the nerve to get a slight attitude when I told them to remake it. I didnt want the ones they gave back. 2 Taco Supreme -- Hardly any tomatoes or sour cream. I work in food service also but I know how people want what they order made correctly. If you want to play around on your time that fine but not on the clock.I will not be coming to this location at night. That night crew need some talking too

Wow, 0 Stars. They have homeless everywhere around the vicinity. There was actually a homeless in a wheel chair going through the drive-through lane??? Not sure what he's trying to buy. Maybe ask for change? Lol. Anyways, they are so cheap on their napkins and sauces. Supposedly, I ordered 4 tacos + 4 fire sauce. This is what I got: 4 tacos 3 pieces of napkins 2 fire sauce and 1 hot sauce.

Saw a long time friend and everyone was polite.
