"Tina's Kitchen Mexican" is a ghost kitchen at the Adeline Food Hall, aka Longfellow Food Pickup at 5333 Adeline in North Oakland. I decided to try this new kitchen and ordered Beef Enchiladas. The menu says it comes with rice and beans, and a protein is $2.25 extra. So $13.95 + $2.25= $16.20 total. Okay, I like to order enchiladas because normally they're easy to eat. But not in this case. The shredded beef, which I paid $2.25 extra for, was a bit tough and chewy. It should be juicy and tender. There were stringy pieces that were just plain inedible and I had to spit it out. The food itself was lightly seasoned, no strong flavors at all. Other menu offerings include a variety of mexican dishes, breakfast and lunch, salad, desserts and drinks. Would I order again? No thank you.
