They give you what you ask for consistently so you can’t fault them anywhere but when matched against some of their competitors they fall short in portion size and it looked like prices had gone up a bit since last visit.Ordered a mango chia w/ ice cream, coconut/mango pudding, mango sago.Parking: Middle of Oakland Chinatown your parking luck will b tested.

bought the crepe cake as listed as “lady M signature” slice and it was frozen i couldn’t even stick my fork threw it when i asked if they could exchange the slice for another one or do anything about it because Crepe cakes aren’t suppose to be frozen they just said they could warm it up since i took a bite, literally no difference it softened the top of it and the middle was still FROZEN. don’t recommend clearly they don’t care for their customers if they’re handing out frozen items:(

Great place . Something for everybody. Menu is huge. If you like bingsu try the chocolate Oreo one. It's light fresh and subtle not too sweet. Just perfect. We went two day in a row because we liked it so much.
Got the strawberry bingsu. Pretty good. It is a cozy space. Friendly staff. It was a nice place to go to for desssert. I wouldn't go in a big group but it's still a good place.

Love this place. Reminds me of one of those high school spots people would hangout at after school. they have delicious chinese style desserts (black sesame paste, almond paste or jelly, taro balls, shaved ice) and boba drinks!
