I got the chia pudding and the mint cacao chip meal shake and both were very good. The mouthfuls of crunchy cacao nibs made the meal shake so much more satisfying than any other shake I have had. This place exceeded all of my expectations.

I make purchases like the one shown below all the time in the APP. I usually do not get credit so I email them. Thanx Support always ask me what credit card I used even though I have the same card associated with the app for over a year. I can't upload the receipt they send me on the app because the receipt takes up two pages and the app only accept one photo. I have dealt with this for over a year and written to them and they still treat me poorly!

Consistently good! The girls that work here are always super friendly and helpful. I wish they made less apple cider vinegary dressings and that their veggies in their food packs were less dried out and way more fresh, but, other than that the flavor is there and I'm glad we have at least 1 healthy option in Oakland. I can't think of a healthier, organic spot for food.

In terms of sustainability this place is terrible. Plastic in plastic with more plastic. My salad dressing arrived frozen solid and I ordered a warm soup and received a cold uncooked bottle of soup. I am unable to cook in my kitchen as I have Covid and cannot leave my room due to my roommates. I wish they would have indicted they sell pre packaged food and not fresh food. Maybe the food is good. When my dressing finishes thawing I guess I will find out.

A good variety of juices to choose from. They have great salads and bowls that are vegan and organic. If you want to know the benefits of an ingredient you can ask them and they will give you information.

The customer service has gotten better! Fiona is amazing and the young woman today. I didn't leave my number but she was proactive and made sure I had my order. I am glad Urban Remedy is switching to glass bottles. This was the main issue of not ordering from them often. I will be ordering more soon! I love most of the products here and the kale chips are the tastiest!

I have no qualms about the money spent on Urban Remedy. I feel like it's the best discovery I've made in a long time. The salads are insanely filling and flavorful. The juices are delicious too. The mix of ingredients and variety is what I appreciate the most. It's all very fresh and totally organic. So far I've tried the Glow juice (celery, greens, lemon) and Detox (beet, carrot, ginger, lemon) and both are packed with flavor in the very best way. I'm definitely going to try the juice cleanse soon. If you're on the go and prefer to eat clean and healthy, UR is perfect for you, promise! If I could afford to stock my entire fridge at all times for all meals I would!
