Great experience. I had a special request and both Jillian and Katrina didn't hesitate to accommodate. They cheerfully went to work packing my request and I was on my way.Background: My favorite flavor is mocha almond fudge which, thankfully, is usually available pre-packaged in quarts in the freezer. However, I've bought stale ice cream on more than one occasion that had soggy almonds. No bueno. So my special request was to have a fresh quart made from the bulk ice cream in the front counter and I got fresh, crunchy almonds. Management, you may want to look into this issue. It has stopped me from buying at BR as often because I just never know what I'm going to get. Best regards, Charlie B

Black haired girl was extremely rude, got our order wrong and proceeds to slam stuff around. We were as polite as possible but she was awful. Boy working was very nice and seemed very irritated by her.

Not sure why when I pulled up at 9:13 the store was closed, lights off and signage off. Website says 10:00.When I called from the parking lot, the attendant simply said “yeah not tonight, we’re closing”.Seems pretty insane and lack the of customer service.

I asked one of the cashiers if she could dip a waffle cone in chocolate for me, and she got really upset. Handed it to me without saying anything and when I walked away her and her coworkers started laughing. For some reason she took my cone to the back room, I don't think that is part of the process. So I'm pretty sure she spot in it or something, because everything is made in the front so why did she take it to the back? Yeah no petty workers
