Going inside is closed for remodeling, but you won't know that until you drive past the drive thru line, park and walk up to their door. So, then you get back in the car, after 3 more cars have already shown up inthe drive thru lane, and so it takes you even longer. Burger King is notorious for sloppy prep, and the burgers and chicken sandwich we got were all cold and a mess. It's probably the worst fast food chain of them all from my limited perspective.

What are drag and y'all suck just saying, and I tried to get ahold of the store try to get ahold of corporate guess what no one answers. Problem problem with my people, 911 problem with my people. Well, this location is usually good, but this morning I placed an online order and drove there from south side of town (due to lack of other BKs) and got there at 6:30 am, when they say it opens at 6, to find it not open. Now I can understand they're remodeling and all, but they shouldn't be accepting orders if there's no one to actually make the food.

Made three trips in an attempt to get my correct order, never received my correct order. Employee refused refund, manager would not present himself. In the end received 5 fries and 5 tiny onion rings for my lunch on thr third trip. Employee argued with me.

I'd leave this place zero stars if I could, based on interaction with the manager yesterday at around 12pm. He was rude to me and the lady in front of me. Unfortunately he would not last long working with me and his unprofessional attitude. The food was fine but the prices were higher than the one in Irvine a lot higher on some items. Terrible stop.
Got my order wrong and insisted I was wrong. I don't eat meat and ordered an egg-and-cheese croissant--I have not eaten bacon for 30+ years. The counter person insisted I ordered bacon. She said "bacon?" and I said "just egg-and-cheese". Bacon is not even in my vocabulary. I don't believe the customer is always right, but she started arguing with me instead of just fixing the order.Also--the hash browns were cold...

Do not dine here. The male manager walked in on my friend in the women's bathroom. The bathroom door was locked, obviously occupied, and he unlocked the door and barged in. He did not apologize and was extremely rude about it. Disgusting.

I just left from here. They have the doors closed outside of drive through. They are only serving other Mexican people inside. Anyone else has to decide otherwise. Messed

Ordered my food using the app at 11:08. When I went to go pick it up no one was there, even though it was about 45mins till closing. I saw a person come out, and check the screen on the counter up front once I drove off. Hopefully they refunded my money. Trash service. You could at least tell people you're not accepting orders at the window or something.

Delivering for Uber eats. I arrived at 10:55 PM. The store closes at 12AM. Told me that they’re closed and I need to call the customer to let them know. First of all, why are you still accepting orders from customers if you’re closed? Second, why aren’t you cancelling the order yourself?
