Foods good. Only gave thus a 3 because of service (compared to other Carl's Jr. I never give anywhere 5 stars because there's always room for improvement. With that said, I've come here once at 4 in the morning (had to do stuff while I was on the Army Reserve), and I asked for breakfast, they said they didn't serve breakfast til 5....lol. Then, I placed an online order just as I pulled into the parking lot. As I walked in, a couple guys just walked up to the counter to order. As I was standing by the counter, I saw them place a bag on the side instead where the mobile app could pick up. The guys there got their food and it wasn't the bag they set aside. So I had to ask, since they never asked me if I needed help, sure enough, it was my bag. Those 2 reasons are why get a 3 instead of a 4.

Went through the drive-thru to pick up food and ask for a side of Western sauce. This is what they gave me. I went back to the window to ask him about this and their excuse was they can only give one scoop because that's how much they put on the burger. Lady how small is your freaking scoop? No other Carl's Jr has done this to me. After I refused her offer for normal barbecue sauce because they're completely different the lady just shuts the window on me and ignores me. God awful customer service do not give them your time or money.

The fat Hispanic girl working the drive through was extremely unprofessional. She had a nasty attitude, clearly she's unhappy working fast food. She cursed at me and rolled her eyes. I will never visit this location

Initially, My drive-thru visit was pleasant with cashier Jennifer. Earlier that day, I was dealing with stressful identity theft issues. Cashier Jennifer was pleasant, kind, understanding, provided phenomenal customer service. Unfortunately, my debit card did not work and needed to obtain alternative payment method.Upon my return, the cook employee Isiah was speaking to Jennifer in extremely harsh manner and snatching items away from her. Isiah caused Jennifer to cry but she still continued to provide excellent customer service to the other customers and myself. To the rude employee Isiah you should practice being polite and kinder to your colleagues. For the owner, you should insist on Isiah to take additional workplace civility, minimizing the use of inappropriate behavior and workplace tensions courses. Jennifer should receive recognition and raise for remaining professional.

Very disappointed and upset.I'm an Uber driver and I went in your store and ask the counter person could I use the restroom. She could see I was very uncomfortable and I had to go really bad. Yet I was told I could not use the restroom unless I made a purchase first. I asked was she serious and told her I had to go really bad. She told me again I had to purchase something first before she could allow me to use the restroom.I got in my car and drove about a half mile down the street to another fast food restaurant who allowed me to use the restroom. As you could imagine restrooms are very scarce when you're driving Uber. In my hastiness to use the restroom I peed in my shorts a little bit and had to go home and call it a day. This was all due to the insensitivity of your counter person. This is totally unacceptable behavior. In a situation like this I really don't care about your rules or your policies. You're not dealing with animals here. You're dealing with human beings who have human functions. I'm 65 years old and I do need to go to the restroom often. There is no excuse for not allowing someone to do something as simple as use your restroom.I have loved Carl's Jr most of my life. At this moment not only will I never visit this Carl's jr. But I will never enter another Carl's Junior restaurant as long as I live. Whoever set this policy is a miserable excuse for a human being. I would hope that you have the same situation one day in your life but my mother raised me different so I'm only going to wish you the best.

This location needs absolutely better training in customer service and coupon processing procedures. 10-15 wait to order at the lobby and was not acknowledged till almost half the wait. Seems due to weather conditions they did poor planning on staff. Part of my complaint is my daughter received a student of the month at her school at Reynolds and was given a coupon for a free big hamburger meal. Cashier/drive thru associate right away declined coupon due to no code to input. Since I Was already irritated for the wait time I just started to tell her my order and it seems because of her already flustered on multiple roles she was taking she had a hard time understanding my simple order. With an attitude she told me to slow down and I was gladly mentioned my order 2 times just to make sure she could comprehend on taking the order. Now I'm not sure if this is a communication problem but when it was time for the size of the order I said "regular ", and again with an attitude she kept saying all the sizes they offered because regular was not in the menu. I assumed regular meant medium. Instead of professionally correcting me or the simple assumption what I meant medium, she with an attitude ask what size I wanted because regular was not an option. I have worked in customer service since age 17 (now 40 years old) and being in short staff scenarios myself , I can safely say this restaurant management team needs to train their staff well or they themselves be the problem as well. Past experiences via drive thru they don't like customers asking for ranch. They ignore you and never add it to the bag. Had like 5 orders asking for ranch and told them like 2 times and no ranch in the bags. All scenarios are same or different associates. This would confirm better training overall. Customer service is not a priority for this location and only money sales.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I got a number 4 with onion rings and they loaded them with salt. I couldn't even eat them. I would recommend never get the onion

I show up and buy a small hashbrown for 2.82. Hand her a $5 bill. She says I don't accept a ripped bill. The bill has a slight rip on the small short right side. Not the center or even splitting the bill. I said how about the hundred dollar bill I have and couldn't accept that. Cheesy cashier. Yikes.
