Nothing is fresh at this chipotle restaurant it is completely by far a nightmare almost every time I come here number one I stop by a few days ago to get my sister chipotle because I no longer eat it after the things I found out about it I asked kindly for the chicken Pastore to be remade fresh on the grill. They told me not a problem Waited prior to that about five minutes thinking they’re making the chicken however, they wind up giving me the old chicken Pastore that was made from this morning. Come back here again with my wife I ask one more time about the chicken Pastore to be remade apparently they just like making old Meat on the grill that’s made from this morning and they’re very rude and unprofessional when it comes to the customers wanting what they want instead they charge us over $20 for 1 burritos and burrito bowls $20. They barely put any meat or cheese and they charge extra for everything overall, I’d rather cook my own Mexican food at home and know exactly what the hell I’m eating and not begging for fresh meat. this place is overrated, overpopulated, and over advertised when they say they make fresh meat. Complete scam. I would not recommend you come to at least this location.

A sub-par review on this Chipotle is long overdue, as my family and I have had many sub-par experiences at this location. However, today might just be a new low. For those that are unaware, quantity of simple items in your meal such as rice, beans, cheese, or lettuce, can all be doubled free of charge. As I usually do, I decided to order a bowl with extra rice. However, when I asked the employee for double rice after he had put a measly one serving in my bowl, he looked at me and said “This is all you’re getting today”. I was so baffled I didn’t even argue with him, I was in shock. I proceeded to order the rest of my bowl and left feeling extremely dissatisfied with the service I was provided. The two lone reasons I will return to this location are 1.) proximity to where I live and 2.) to obtain the employee’s name to add to this review, as his poor service deserves to have a name put to it. This is not the first time a poor experience has occurred either. I could easily accuse the manager of similar actions, such as attempting to skimp on portions and displaying a generally rude demeanor whenever I come in (and I go a lot). Overall, this service needed to be highlighted not for the nature of how good it was, but rather how shockingly bad it was. I’m sure that the employees will blow off this review just like they blow off their customers, but I still felt the need to provide the public with a true look into this Chipotle before deciding to pay good money to eat here.

The location off college Today Dirty tables and floors. The music was so loud I could not hear the person across the table However the food was good

Super hit or miss. One person will dab tiny spoon of rice, beans, meat and you walk out with a $10 tot size burrito. Such a huge waste of money. But occasionally you'll get a worker who hooks you up like Chipotle use to always do, stuffing the burrito to its limits. Should be the norm, but sadly the other is. $2 for chips. They give you a small bag which is bad enough but look in that small bag, ITS ONLY A 1/4 full!!!!! What?! Man I wish Moe's would set up off base! I miss Moe's. Moe's gives free chips and salsa and they always over stuff their burritos. All for $9. Tastes better too. Moe's never has fatty pieces of meat. This Chipotle always does. Not every bite thankfully but several fatty pieces. Service, hit or miss. Some workers are smiley and nice, others mad you walked in making them have to do something. Same mad dude the one that sends out tot burritos too. Ambiance, tables dirty every time I've visited them. I never eat inside. Small and tables for others mouth droppings on them. Nope.

Today, I had such a good experience at Chipotle; I was running in for a quick dinner and being indecisive when I started to order: Anthony who was taking care of my order was exceededingly gracious- it stood out enough for me to write this review. The rest of the staff including the manager, Lali, were also super chill and nice. I don't even get that service in fine dining restaurants always. The food was also good and fresh and restaurant was clean. Thank you!I'll definitely be coming into this location regularly!

Much less of a line than the bigger Chipotle on the other side of 76. Nice and clean and the food came out fast and was just as expected! Really nice people. Plenty of parking and some nice outdoor seating! (Indoor seating is snug).

I had the barbacoa. When I dug into my bowl of food, I discovered a hunk of meat the size of a small fist. It was grisly and the plastic knife could not cut it. The food is over priced. Taco Bell is better. I'll never eat there again.

If you're not regular. You will soon be. And get heartburn. I've had heartburn only 3 times in life. Definitely not going to any location again. They can't keep the food at a proper temperature. FORGET ABOUT IT.
