Horrible service, horrible food, horrible restaurant. I entered this restaurant 30 minutes before closing in. The line was empty and they took 8 minutes to serve me. The lady was rude and very slow. After she made my bowl I asked if she could add more rice because the bowl looked very empty, she looked bothered and annoyed. My bowl came out to 17 dollars but it was not worth it all. Do not recommend this place at all and will never be coming back.

This Chipotle is top tier. I eat Chipotle way too much. But this location is the reason why. It’s so good. The employees are their game. Everyone who works here actually cares and it shows. The place is always clean and the food is fire. If you like chipotle you’ll be happy coming here

This is probably the 10th or 11th time that I’ve had an issue with this specific store. As someone who has been a loyal customer of chipotle for 10 years this has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. Just tonight my order was left with hard over cooked rice in both bowls, they added corn salsa to my order which I didn’t ask for, and left out drinks out. I would STRONGLY recommend skipping this store and going to another one or going to another establishment. The lack of management, staff training, and overall give a damn is unfortunately non existent. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

I’ve been here a couple times, mostly because it’s closest and the other one is on the other side of town. Every single time I come here it is soo dirty inside. The food line is covered with food crumbs that never gets cleaned up. They are consistently out of something whether it’s a meat, cheese, guacamole, or salsas. This last time I went they were out of steak and carnitas. Out of chips and guacamole and mild salsa. That’s way too many things to be out of to make people’s orders properly. The dining floors are a mess always has food and trash all over it. After getting my food going to the drink station is also an extreme disaster with spills and napkins and trash everywhere. I also ordered online a few months ago and I had order EXTRA meat and EXTRA rice which I paid extra for. BOTH burritos I ordered came without any meat and little rice. Both burritos were the size of a small tv remote I couldn’t believe it. Chipotle itself is going downhill with its much smaller portions and dwindling food quality so this will be my last time eating from not just this store location but from this company all together. For how expensive it’s getting it’s just not worth it anymore.

i got petty, and was tired of being undeserved wht i paid for, so i hand picked every piece of chicken out of my double chicken burrito, and weighed it at 5.5oz, it should be 8 oz, not closer to 1 serving (4 oz). dont charge me extra if youre not gonna deliver appropriately.

Came with my family and I bought one steak burrito but they put so stuff in it that it ended up being as small as the palm of my hands. We all know that the food is expensive so I was very upset but didn’t wanna make a big deal in front of my family, they on the other hand got the bowls and it had more food although it wasn’t a lot more and they were all the same price.

This is the 3rd time I have come here and there are 6 employees standing around and they have ran out of meat, queso and sour cream. Management needs to figure out what’s going on and this store. I’m definitely not coming

This place looked soooo Dirty my family and I walked out . Horrible place yuck.!!! The employees look like they just woke up.. The front windows were full of fingerprints it just looked absolutely dirty and nasty! Worst customer service ever! No one greeted us but greeted everyone else is it because my family was in wheelchairs? Sure seemed like . Very disappointed since it was our first time going to this restaurant!

All your tables are dirty. You have no forks to eat salad with. You've got 6 people on duty. 3 of which are standing at the register. Go clean the restaurant. Go pick up forks. Help out the only person serving. She was doing great. The hotel ringing up the food doing great. What are the rest of your staff doing?FAIL

Whoever was working the cash register today, that is on December 1st 2023, was clearly stoned. He was a Caucasian male, and I gave him cash and to make it easy for him and for everyone, I handed him a $20 and a $1 because the total was $10.96 for a normal chicken burrito. You would think he realized I handed him the extra one so he could hand me back a $10 and 4 cents and be done with it. Instead, he proceeds to hand my $1 back to me and a bunch of smaller change, and additionally, they ran out of ones so he handed me like 30 dimes - and he did all this with a grin on his face like it was some big joke. The facial expression was that of a child, doing something bad, and being very aware of it as well. I’m not never going back, and I’m highly convinced he was arrogant, and stoned. Thank you very much for the worst service and attitude I’ve ever seen in a chipotle. I will never be going back.

Possibly the weirdest experience at a Chipotle I've ever had. After standing there watching the employees clean & check lists for nearly 5 minutes, we got a whisper: "we'll be with you in a minute." Several minutes later girl walks up to the counter: "we're out of Steak, Queso & Fajitas." The ingredients looked like they hadn't been touched in over an hour and the area around the food was gross. I understand you close in 55 minutes, but I mean, come on. May never return to this location... "what's bad for the customer's experience is bad for the business." Either close the place down earlier or pay employees to do cleaning and stuff after 11:01pm. Unbelievable.And, as expected, the food was noticeably worse than the other Chipotle locations I frequent,
