Without a doubt the stupidest Ice cream chain on earth . What kind of ice creamPlace doesn’t make hot fudge sundaes ? And if I’m wrong and they do then please fire the stupid employees working here . Kids who look at you like you have 2 heads cause you want what people have wanted for over a 100 years going into an ice cream parlor . Like the whole stupid gimmick of making home spun ice cream on a slab is useless if the employees can’t even explain what your freaking options are !Like hello ???? Can someone teach these stupid teens how to talk to customers ????

So I know that Cold Stone carries a lot of stuff, but I have a nut allergy. I made sure not to get nuts in my order. I didn't get to dig into my ice cream when I got home due to the lid not fitting correctly (either it was the wrong size lid or the girl packed in way more than a small size should have) so I had to let it sit in the freezer after cleaning up the mess it made after mostly melting on my desk. Seriously, was the fridge not working either? It's barely a 5 minute drive home and I didn't even leave it out for two minutes before it melted everywhere. In any case, when I did get a chance to have it today, guess what? Nuts, at the bottom of my cup, and I didn't see them until I ingested some by mistake. I have taken the proper procedures to keep myself safe and will continue to monitor my health, but seriously?? You guys need to make sure that your tools are clean! If someone has anaphylactic shock due to this sort of contamination, that's bad news for EVERYONE.

There robot stuff told me they don't comput when I asked if they can make a Sunday for my lil one. Lol a ice cream places that dosen't make Sundays. Know wonder why that place is drowning. They have made it for us before. They were not rude just looked very annoyed that someone came in to get ice cream. How dare us. The most excited they looked is when they got to tell us that they do not make Sundays as that was are punishment for coming in and making them work. What a dull place. Remember when they would sing you a song if you tipped them lol. Those days are over. Just selling boring ice cream that is highly overpriced. Wow you smashed a oreo into some ice cream and charged me way to much money. Looked like someone took a dump in your coffee while doing it. Don't waste your money. This place has low stars for a reason

Ordered ice cream from you guys. It was delivered. The driver said there was a problem with the order I did not notice. The only problem was I paid for size and you guys gave me one size, smaller and stuck it in the container for the right size that I was supposed to get. Not sure if that’s how you handle your business but that is very unprofessional and I will make a visit to the store. . Did

Came in and was turned away at 940 by employees telling us and another group that they had already cleaned and we would be adding work for them if we ordered. Wth?

went to this store at 9:40, store closes at 10:00. the workers were cleaning up. They turned us plus the group entering before us telling them that they were already cleaned up and that if we ordered they would have to clean up again and to please not order. hello? why are you turning away probably 7 orders during operational hours? why are the employees making customers feel guilty for coming in during open hours? pay your employees till after closing so that they can take orders until closing.

Absolutely the worst customer service...purchased a cake that was completely wrong from it said on the packaging. Call and the "Shift lead" was clueless..probably the one who made the cake.

I took my family out for some ice cream but the ice cream was melting before they grab it from the server. It not even cold. What a waste of money.
We made an ice cream cake order and paid for it a week ago for my kids birthday party this weekend. Got a call Friday saying that they no longer carry the decoration we wanted on our cake! We were told the new decoration had the character we wanted on it! We picked up the cake and were disappointed that the character we wanted was no where on the decoration! Then the employee attempted to charge us again for the cake! I feel robbed that I paid twice as much for a cake that was nothing I ordered and half the size I could have ordered somewhere else! Not a very custom order! Now my kid is very upset that the cake doesn't have the character they wanted on it! I don't think I will be using cold stone again for a birthday cake!

Dear Friday Night Staff,When you have a store full of people waiting in line, try and interact with them. We see you working but not to be acknowledged make the customers feel like you could care less that we are there.When someone orders 2 of the same thing to make your job a little easier (and said that when we placed our order) share a smile, interact with them...when a customers says thanks, respond to the with your welcome....and lastly when someone orders a specific size....make that size! The store was dirtyThe staff had zero customer Service Several of the flavors were empty (refilled after we had to ask if they had anymore)The wait was ridiculous The price for what we paid...needless to say we didn't even get a full cup...As for "Sam"...sorry your so busy but crazy a smile, interact with your customers and say your welcome when they say thank you...and maybe pin your hair back......just a small piece of advice :)

My great weakness after a hefty meal. The amazingly smooth and sweet delight of verity of ice creams. Not just the ice cream but the different mix options that comes with the ice cream: mix nuts, chocolate or even candy bars just to name a few. The staff is always willing to assist you any which way your hearts desire.

This location had one small table with two chairs upside down on it as if they were closed, two tiny tables with no chairs, and two snotty teenage boys who offered nothing more than handing my wife chairs over the counter to her. Pretty sure customer chairs behind the counter where the ice cream is served is a health code violation. They clearly don't want customers eating in their store. Oh, check out the pic of the filthy table after we took the chairs down ourselves.
