The chicken is truly great. The salsa bar is also wonderful. It's has the things that all the El Pollo Loco's do. There is lots of parking. Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. Restroom for customers. Like all fast food restaurants, set your expectations accordingly. Places round to eat for friends if they want something different. This one has a drive through and it is convenient to get to from the Freeway. A great stop in you need to be quick.

When did EPL go away from serving breast with the bone in? Ordered a couple breasts from Door Dash app the other day. What I received was the toughest driest boneless chicken I've had in recent memory. Very disappointing if this is the direction they are going. Used to be a favorite. This was legitimately very bad

Kid-friendliness: Restroom did not have a baby changing station.
Most times, the food was good but a couple times they gave you dry chicken. I will go back there because it's the only fast food place that sell you grilled chicken. KFC, Chick-fil-A, Jack-in-the-Box or McDonald's all give you fried chicken. not healthy. But hope they are not giving you dry chicken.

They didn’t repeat my order back to me at the drive through. After I paid at the drive through window, they asked me to wait up at the front to keep their drive through going. When they finally brought the food out, I got 2 burritos instead of 2 tacos that I had I ordered. When I went in to get the two tacos I ordered, I had to wait 10 minutes to get my two tacos. When I asked them what was taking so long, they said they had to service the drive through orders first. When I told them my order was a drive through order, I got a blank stare. When I finally got my two tacos, I never got an apology or a refund for being overcharged.

Absolutely freaking amazing customer service!!! First time here! One of the best places I’ve been to with all the greetings and smiling faces soon as you enter. The wonderful lady that took our order was so nice and helpful. I wanna say she was the manager cuz she was wearing a different colored shirt but not sure. Still who ever she was, she’s the best!!!!! We got our food, she’s came back around to see us how we were doing and ask if she could fill our cups for us. Like WHAT??? How sweet, we declined but the offer was just so nice!!!!! We will be eating here often as we work in the same plaza. Thank you wonderful staff!!! Keep up the great work!!!
