Got a pork and coleslaw sandwich. This is not worth getting. Meat was fatty and not much of it. The cold slaw was old and saggy, not fresh and the bun was soggy too. Had to throw most of it away, uneatable! And to top it off it was $12.00.... I will never eat here again. I need a refund...

Overpriced so get a coupon if you can. I ordered the meatball sub via Uber eats. The bread, Italian seasonings and sauce were all good but the meatballs tasted the same as Subway's used to or some prepackaged sub in a convenience store. I ordered the large since Uber had a BOGO promo but I had to practically force down half of the first sub. I'll finish the rest if I can and donate the second to a homeless person. It's hard to find a decent meatball sub at a price that doesn't break the bank and this one was not worth the money spent despite receiving one of them for free. Also, call the restaurant in advance to confirm your mobile order. I ordered the 3 cookie bundle and added a Lemon cookie but it didn't arrive. In conclusion, if you're in the mood for a meatball sub and enjoy the sauce and all the rest, get this. But, if you are a meatball lover like me and you wanna enjoy that nice hearty meatball flavor, I would never ever recommend going here for that. I would consider a different sub but unless I have a serious craving, I'd never order a meatball sub from here again.

I didn't get to go in this restaurant because the food was brought to me so I can only speak to the sandwich I got and it was amazing. I got the Hero " Sub and I asked for it hot. I definitely recommend that sandwich. Bread was super good. All the meat and veggies were nice and fresh. Yum!

Limited parking due to proximity to all other stores.Food is delicious but we're out of pulled pork which is what I came in for. Wait time long. The guy that ordered 1sanwhich after me git his sandwich much sooner than my 1 sandwich. Took 15min from time on receipt. They appeared to be working on to go orders ahead of in person but I could be wrong. As u can see in the photo portions are minimal.Service is lackluster when taking order I stood at counter 3min before i was acknowledged & when the called my name to pick up. I said thank u & didn't get any acknowledgment either, maybe they're hard of hearing so I'll give these young ppl the benefit of the doubt but then I noticed some have Barbuda in so I don't know if they're listing to music or what.

I've never written a negative review towards a food establishment before because I understand how hard it can be working in that industry. But I have to say this location was such a disappointment :( I completely understand when a place is understaffed, I will always cut them some slack. But tonight there were about 5 employees behind the counter along with a manager and it didn't seem like any of them were aware of all the people waiting. When we got home we realized both of our sandwiches were made wrong and we were missing one pickle!! If you like pickles you know that's the best part :(

Worst customer service and sandwiches I have ever had. I know cause I ordered the same 7 hook and ladder sub sandwiches with 7 cookies for different members of my family. We ordered all 7 sandwiches without the ham, Turkey, cheese and mayonnaise and had ordered extra veggies (tomato, lettuce and onions) on all of them except one, as well as normal mustard and pickle on the side.You think they would be more generous with the veggies since you are not getting the expensive meat.. well no, they were skimpy on veggies and didn't even include onions or mustard on all orders!Before I left, I noticed 3 of them, done by the younger male employee did not have cookies!! I had to call his attention to this. I should have checked each order but I didn't know customer service sucks so bad here. In addition, when I got home, 4 did not have pickles either. NONE of the sandwiches had onions or mustard and all of them had skimpy veggies - not the extra veggies that we had ordered.On top of all the errors, one had white bread - when I had ordered all wheat bread!!! One has bits of meat when we had ordered NO meat!!! mayonnaise all over one of the sandwiches when we ordered none. Can you make any more errors??? Customer service the worst. They just do not care! They didn't just mess up on one order, they messed up on EVERY SINGLE ORDER!!! Will not come back again unless they offer to remake all my whole order right again and then some!!

First time at this location. Ordered meatball sub on app for pickup. When I walked in, none of the workers greeted me or were friendly. I was behind a guy in line and didn't hear anyone say anything to him. My order was supposed to be done at 11:20, but wasn't done til few min after. Also I ordered no pickle because I don't like and not only did they put a pickle in, it was laying across the top of my sandwich so my sandwich tasted like pickle. I think I'll stick to the Temecula location from now on.

Have been coming here for years, it just seems in the last two years this location has seen a constant decrease in quality and attraction as a customer.Why ask customers if they would like a pickle on the side, if you are never going to give it to them. Most times I have gone the soda machine has most of the options unavailable. The last time I went the machine was out of order. I think that was the last time I would go. For the cost of the meals compared to the service and amenities available it just is not worth it anymore.

This was my first time to Firehouse, and based on this experience, I will not be returning.We ordered a large Club on a Sub. 1st, there was NO turkey on sandwich, and the tomatoes were thin and watery. The shredded lettuce was wilted and the bacon was rubbery. (I like crispy bacon so maybe this is a preference thing). And......even though I was asked if I wanted a pickle (I said Yes) there was no pickle. Our sandwich was soggy and we threw away half of it.We went on a Saturdy afternoon 2pmish. The shop did not appear to be busy (two tables of 'dine-in' customers and no other 'take-out' customers were waiting. The young ladies at the register was nice, pleasant, and attentive.The overall quality of food was disappointing.
