Restaurant was located in a nice shopping mall with plenty of parking. Friendly waiter and waitress which is the reason for the 2 stars. However, it took a while for us to be served when the restaurant wasn't overcrowded on a Sunday around 12:30pm. My daughter ordered the Teddy Bear Pancake, egg and fruit. The pancake was as expected, the egg was dismal; looked like they served her a half an egg, and the fruit was embarrassing. The banana was about 4-5 days past being ripe. They attempted to cut off the soft parts of the banana but it was so bad that even then you could tell it was way past the date to be served to a customer. The pineapple appeared to be from a can and the blueberries, a total of 2, were unfit for consumption. My wife ordered the chicken salad sandwich. The sandwich was okay; however, there was a chicken bone in the mix. When we informed the waiter (we tried to inform our waitress but she never came around), we were told that's what can happen when they use real chicken as opposed to canned chicken. I ordered the BLT which you would think was a safe option and it was. However, the bacon, lettuce, and tomato filled only about a third of the sandwich. A woman at the table next to us ordered a BLT, too, and her sandwich came the same way. For the 3 orders, our bill came out to $60. Needless to say, we will never return. And while being convenient to nearby hotels and the soccer field, I would suggest driving a bit further for a better experience.

Service here was Excellent. A nice little place in an odd part of the city. Taco omlette was too spicy for me, but probably on point for those who love hot peppers. Perfect hashed browns and rye toast, not to mention the mimosas. Will definitely return to try the many offerings on the menu.

Very warm and inviting atmosphere, just like the name suggests. The homemade food was delicious and comforting. Highly recommend.

If you are going to buy coffee, you are better off going to Starbucks. For a medium cup of simple black coffee I was charged $4.36. I paid for the coffee, but I will not buy coffee there again. It makes me not want to try the food.

Not that great since Cathy quit. And the location is not as good as where it was originally located.

We probably went when grandma was on vacation or something... Food was definitely from the freezer and reheated. I ordered a chicken fried steak very dry and greasy. My husband got an omelette with some hamburger patties they got from Costco. The lack of seasoning reminded me of a cardiac diet the doctor orders for their patient after an open heart surgery. For a four star review I definitely expected more.

I don't know how a chili cheese omelette could be dry? But that was the case. Not sure I will be back.

Been there twice with my family. Same deal every time, they refuse to pay attention. I asked for CRISPY HASH BROWNS! Ist time and I blew off the semi-raw potatoes. Second time (with not cheap Eggs Benedict) I asked to have the same semi-raw hash browns 1st served cooked correctly. The OWNER brought back (ten minutes!) the same semi-raw hash browns! These weak post-covid places are trying to double their profits by charging triple for a breakfast I can make at home that are made with a modicom of care and taste MUCH better. "Grandma's"? In your worst dreams....

The breakfeast here is absolutely amazing. Been hooked since I first went in March. Service is A+ and super friendly, plus the aura and atmosphere is relaxed and home feeling.

Little coffee shop and great food. Best omelets filled with fresh ingredients. And the home style potatoes are the best I've had. Looking for a meal like Grandma would make... this IS THE PLACE!Parking: Huge parking lot. Easy handicap ♿️ access too.
